Pool views and an open layout make the living room a welcoming place to spend time together. Settle into the large sectional for a movie on the 75-inch smart TV, challenge friends to a game of pool, or choose a board game for a relaxed night at home.

Spend sunny afternoons in the saltwater pool, stretch out on a lounger, or start a friendly match on the mini soccer field. Giant outdoor chess adds another way to bring everyone together between swims.



Fire up the gas BBQ for dinner, then gather in the fire pit lounge as evening arrives. A fenced perimeter and dense tropical landscaping create a secluded setting for your group to unwind. Pool toys and a large cooler are provided for easy afternoons outdoors.



Pool heating is available for an additional fee with advance notice.

Keep your fitness routine going with the Tonal smart gym or take time to relax in the infrared sauna. Whether your group prefers an active morning or a slower start, Amara gives everyone options.



🛏️ Four Bedrooms

Five bedroom beds, including one king and four queens, offer flexible sleeping arrangements for your group. Every bedroom has a smart TV.



• Bedroom 1: Tempur-Pedic king bed, spacious closet, and pool view.

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed and closet.

• Bedroom 3: Two queen beds, pool view, and ensuite bathroom.

• Bedroom 4: Queen bed.



Up to two optional foldable single beds can be arranged with at least 24 hours’ notice before arrival. Additional beds do not increase the approved guest limit.



🚿 Three Full Bathrooms

Three full bathrooms make getting ready easier. The ensuite features dual sinks, a shower, and a jetted bathtub. A second bathroom off the living area includes a spacious vanity and large walk-in shower, while the third is conveniently located near the bedrooms.



Plush towels and a starter supply of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion are provided.

Start the day with breakfast together or prepare dinner before heading out. The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and cookware, utensils, and dinnerware for meals at home. The indoor dining table seats six.

• Pets: Welcome with advance notice and a $250 fee per stay.

• Pool care: Skimmed before arrival and professionally serviced on Wednesdays.

• Landscaping: Routine maintenance takes place on Thursdays.

• Same-day reservations: An additional $500 refundable deposit is required, returned within 24 hours after checkout following a standard inspection.

• Outdoor areas must be quiet after 10 p.m.

• Smoking indoors is prohibited. House-rule violations may incur fines of up to $750.



Special-occasion getaways are welcome for registered guests within the approved occupancy limit. Parties or events involving unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

Villa Amara is in a quiet, family-friendly residential neighborhood in North Miami. Wynwood is about 15 minutes away, Downtown Miami about 20, and Miami International Airport about 25, with Bal Harbour, the beaches, and Aventura Mall a short drive away.



Getting Around:

Free driveway parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. Without a car, Uber or Lyft is the easiest way to get around.
