Our place is fully renovated and its new and unique design will make your stay unforgettable with many luxe vibes. Corporate, bachelorette and bachelor groups are welcome!



There's a fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances. There are 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms filled with toiletries. For your entertainment, you’ll find a pool table, a game room with a huge 70" Smart TV and high speed WiFi around the house.



The spectacular backyard will leave you speechless. There's a brand new heated pool with white marble, a 5-hole mini golf, and an exclusive cabana. Besides a dining table, the cabana has an Argentinian charcoal grill.

All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, also towels are included.



THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY.



The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect.

The guests have access to the whole property and its amenities.

Ojus is bordered by Aventura to the east, I-95 to the west, North Miami Beach to the south and Broward County to the north.



There are a few rules to protect and respect our neighborhood and our neighbor's quality of life:

- No loud noises or shouting.

- No loud music.

- No smoking indoors.

- BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
