We had a fantastic stay and shared the house with two other families, and it never felt crowded. The place was very well set up for families, with a great pool that the kids absolutely loved and spent hours in. Parking was easy and hassle-free, which made coming and going simple, even with multiple cars. The house had plenty of space for everyone to relax together and also have a bit of privacy when needed. Overall, a really comfortable, family-friendly place and we’d happily stay again.

We booked for our friend’s bridal shower weekend.The house was perfect size with adequate bedding and space for everyone without being on top of each other. Perfect back yard and location, so close to everything!!

Mooloolaba

We had extended family and the house and location could not have been any better. There was a lot of people and the house accommodated not only to sleep so many, but we had space for different family groups to congregate.

Birthday gathering

We chose this house due to its location to where our function was to happen. This is perfectly located too all things Mooloolaba. Surf club, shops, eateries, beach. Just brilliant. The only suggestion is, perhaps a little bit more in the way of bigger pots. Especially when you have 16 people in the house. To cook up a large meal was very challenging. But otherwise very comfortable.

Great spot for a getaway with mates

Great location walking distance to everything you need. Check in process very easy and host is so easy to communicate with. BBQ looked like it hadn’t been used or cleaned in years, we cleaned it up but obviously took lots of time and it doesn’t really fit the size for the number of guests. Other than that it was fantastic if you’ve got a group away, would highly recommend.

Thank you for hosting us during our recent stay at your property. We truly appreciated the convenient location and the ample space, which made accommodating our group very comfortable. The backyard, in particular, was spacious and well maintained.As fellow hosts, we understand how important guest feedback is for ensuring a great experience. We noticed a few areas that might need attention and wanted to share these observations in the spirit of being helpful:- The yard, while advertised as pet friendly, still had some gaps in the fencing that our small dog was able to get through. This required us to supervise them more closely during our stay.- When accessing the pool deck, we found that the timber had decayed in one section, with a small area rotted through, which left a gap. We wanted to let you know so it can be addressed for safety and comfort.- The rear sliding glass door latch was broken and in need of repair.- The fan in the rear bedroom with ensuite, only operated on the lowest setting, which made it a bit challenging to keep the room cool.We hope this feedback is helpful and we appreciate your attention to these details.Thank you again for your hospitality, and we wish you all the best with your hosting.

Location Location Location

There were 10 of us, 7 adults. 3 kids. sleeping arrangements put 2 couples in large comfortable rooms and Grandma in a large comfortable room. The smallest area was where all the beds were. No windows or ventilation 1 double bunk for 1 couple and a bunk for the other 2 kids. I wouldn't like to try and fit 16 people in here. A little more attention on the smaller maintenance issues. No air con. Lucky for us the weather was gorgeous and not too hot. It wasn't so comfortable for 1 couple with all the kids. The area was beautiful, and we were grateful to be able to be together. Thank you.

The layout inside the house was excellent for our family group of 8 adults and 6 children. Kitchen well appointed. Outside - pool great, BBQ was very dirty-we had to clean before using, BBQ cleaning brush needs replacing. Outdoor decking needs repainting. Overall a great long weekend, so close to all amenities, beach, surf club

Place was not good at all. Broken cupboards, broken coffee machine. When we turned up there was rubbish in the bin wihich had all maggots running through it. The pool was not swimmable. Dark, dirty colour.Very run down. Bedrooms were ok, great location, that is about it. Very disappointing and very overpriced. I would not call it a beach house.
