Dining Area: Adjacent to the fireplace is a dining table that comfortably seats 4-6 people—ideal for meals or game nights.

Disclosure for Hot Water Notice: 



The condo is equipped with a standard 50-gallon water heater, which is designed to serve a household of 3-4 people. While the property sleeps up to 8, hot water may be limited during peak usage times (e.g., multiple back-to-back showers). We recommend staggering showers and hot water appliance use (laundry, dishwasher) to ensure everyone has an enjoyable stay. A typical shower uses about 20 gallons of hot water.

Bedroom 1: Spacious Queen bed



Bedroom 2: Comfortable Queen bed, plus a sofa bed for extra guests



Bathroom: Recently remodeled with a walk-in shower for your convenience



Loft Area (Top Floor):



Sleeping Arrangements: A Queen-sized bunk bed (bottom) and twin-sized bed (top), plus an additional twin bed nearby, making this space perfect for families or groups. The loft overlooks the main living area, offering an open and airy feel.

50% of the total booking amount is due at the time of booking.  



All balances must be paid in full 14-days before your scheduled check-in day.
