The jewel in the crown being the separate sleep out complete with kitchenette and stunning bathroom making it the perfect teenagers retreat. Well equipped kitchen with an abundance of storage, beautiful timber benchtops and exposed brick splash back, with air conditioning and slow combustion fireplace in the living room making the property ideal to stay in all year round. Private and secure backyard and in-ground trampoline.

Payment Terms – If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay. Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.
