Punta Mita is located 45 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta airport, along the coast of the Bay of Banderas.

Hacienda de Mita 402 is within the luxurious Punta Mita gates, home to well known hotels such as the Four Seasons and St. Regis. Hacienda de Mita is the only condo complex that is located on the ocean (Bay of Banderas), within the gates of Punta Mita. Our Condo looks over the gentle surf break of known to surfers & paddle boarders. You will enjoy waking up to the quiet sound of waves rolling up on the sand! Start your 2 hour beach walk, when the tide is out, and enjoy miles of beautiful beach.

Hacienda 402 is professionally decorated with luxury & comfort in mind. The condo is equipped with high speed internet, satellite, nice TVs, VOIP telephone, an Apple TV as well a golf cart to get around. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with juicers, Vitamixer/blender, nice dishes, and high end appliances, such as WOLF. There is dining for 8 available both inside and outside. The doors slide seamlessly open so the ocean is invited into the living room. Truly spectacular!

There are 3 main bedrooms, two with King size beds, and one with 2 queen beds. There is also a bunk style bed (for 2) in the small bedroom that shares the laundry facility. There is also a half-bath.

The Punta Mita property offers many activities that are near by or right outside your door:
Surfing; Paddle Boarding; ocean Kayaking; Tennis, Pickle Ball; Yoga; Ropes Class (trx); Fitness Center; two Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses; one Greg Norman golf course (Located 5 min away Litibu); whale watching (Jan - March); snorkeling; scuba diving; spear fishing; zip lining; swimming with Dolphins; ATV rides; horse back riding; deep sea fishing and many more.

Hacienda 402 comes with access to the highest level "Premier Membership." With the association of the Premier Membership, you will have access to 2 the Residence Beach Club & Kupuri Beach Club; as well as both golf courses, & the fitness center. The newly opened Kupuri Beach Club offers first class amenities, as well as a list of many water sport activities.

Hacienda de Mita is well maintained and simply beautiful. The pool is 10 steps from your door and the ocean is about 100. It is paradise at it's finest!

My favorite part is being walking distance to so much! Walking, paddle boarding, surfing and dining are so near the quaint Punta de Mita town, where everyone is friendly and the restaurants are excellent. Tranquil paradise at it's finest!

Perfect condo and location

Our family of four stayed here for Spring Break. We had an amazing experience. The house manager, Lauren, was very easy to work with and did an outstanding job. The property was beautiful and we enjoyed looking directly out to the beach and water. It was a perfect location also. The beach clubs and hotels were very accessible and you could walk right into town also. Would highly recommend staying at this property.

Beautiful views and beach access

You can't beat this condo for its stellar views and access to the beach. We also enjoyed the other private beaches and golf courses within the gated community and the short walk into Punta de Mita. Fine dining is located in both places. While we didn't take advantage of the cook this time, (a trained chef) we have experienced her delicious breakfast and lunches in the past. The concierge efficiently coordinates all the details before and during our stay, all we need to do is to book our flights. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Its an amazing piece of property.

This condo is amazing inside and out. 15 foot walk to the pool and about 100 yards to the ocean. the nearby restaurants and city were wonderful and we always felt safe. The staff was very helpful, and the cleaning lady made us a few amazing breakfasts and lunches for a VERY reasonable price. Lauren helped us arrange deep sea fishing, surfing,, ATV rides, horseback, pleasure cruises, chef, etc, but if you did none of that and just chose to relax on the terrace, you would be completely happy too.

Beautiful views and great access to the beach!

We reserved this wonderful unit to house employees during a company strategy meeting. The employees who stayed in this unit felt very special. They enjoyed their morning coffee on the private patio overlooking the infinity pool with spectacular ocean views. It was a great place for them to escape after a long day of meetings. Having the private en- suite bathrooms with each bedroom gave everyone the privacy they required. The bonus was being able to walk into the village of Punta de Mita to experience some great dining and shopping. We will definitely reserve this unit next year!

Paradise found!

This place is a little piece of heaven. The location is ideal...oceanfront property with steps to a private beach. My kids loved hunting for hermit crabs and exploring the tide pools right out our door. Close to restaurants and of course the pool right out the door. The unit has tons or room for a large group, high end finishes that are perfectly maintained and the furniture is beautiful. We felt like we were living like royalty. We also had great peace of mind being inside the Punta Mita gates, enjoying our little piece of paradise! You must go now.
