Guests will need to provide a scanned ID or photo that will be used to set up beach club access cards. They will also need to electronically sign access forms and a rental contract.

Wonderful Unit

We loved this unit and plan on going back next year. The rental was absolutely beautiful and has great views of the sunset and golf course. The concierge was extremely helpful with all of our needs and requests. The groceries we ordered were exactly what we ordered. Nelly was a wonderful cook! This location was perfect. We were only a few minutes from golf, tennis and amazing restaurants. Can’t say enough great things about this stay.

Great condo, amenities and service

We planned a girls trip and the condo worked out perfect for us. Enjoyed the breakfast very much and having all our groceries ready for us. The golf cart was new and worked fantastically. The condo was well equipped and had everything we needed. Access to all the beach clubs is a must when going to Punta Mita. Maria was very responsive and a great host. We plan to return again in the near future!

Wonderful stay!

I can't say enough good things about our stay at this property as well as our interactions with the property concierge, Fernanda, was amazing! We had some one off requests (like finding us a fishing pole to rent so that a member of our group could fish) to helping us secure a lost stuffed animal after we left and she delivered above and beyond each time. Betty's was also so lovely to be around each day and her meals were fantastic! We'll be back!

Magnifico servicio

Hermoso departamento, con excelente decoracion y buen gusto, el plus del golfcart facilita mucho la movilidad dentro del complejo punta mita y el pueblo!! pero lo que en realidad hace la diferencia es el servicio!! Felicidade a Yolanda por su esmero en que nuestra estancia fuera casi perfecta!!! Sara tambien fue de gran ayuda para orientaciones y reservas, lo unico que queda a deber es el servicio de intrernet, podria mejorar, aunque entendemos que en la zona no hay la cobertura deseada. Esperamos regresar pronto!!!

Lovely stay at Punta Mita! Pedro at Vallarta Rentals made our trip effortless. Thank you Pedro! I would definitely rent from this property manager again. House exactly as pictured, gorgeous! Your housekeeper Nelly was AWESOME, like family. The only negative is, there is a lot of construction going on in the area so if you stay in area, be sure to ask before you book.

Great condo

The condo was perfect, decorated beautifully. Our Concierge was perfect and able to help with anything. The only issue we had was with the golf cart. It appears this needs to be replaced and sadly, we spent a few days dealing with this. (Getting stuck)

Wonderful spot!

The condo is beautifully decorated and the setting is great! We were very impressed by the Vallarta Rentals team who made our stay easy and fun--Antonio, Fernanda and Betty were all amazing and we are very grateful for such a wonderful first trip to Punta Mita!

What a find!

Everything was absolutely fabulous. The condo was beautiful, the location is easy and the amenities are great. Lupe our housekeeper is so friendly and thorough. We are already looking at the calendar to book again.

great stay

Our group of three adults and four children had a wonderful stay. we have stayed in Punta Mita and also Las Terazzas many times before and the unit was largely as expected. There was an issue with the washing machine not working and also the patio door in the master stuck 4" ajar for the duration of our stay - but these issues were not significant enough to disrupt our stay. My family would gladly return.
