Beautiful condo. Love the southern exposure. A bit noisy due to folks above us, tho. Overall, it was lovely as we had family in the area and celebrated a birthday for our daughter.

We loved the condo and the location. What we did not love was coming back from a walk downtown to our condo door being wide open. After entering and checking to make sure nothing was taken, we locked the door. Next thing you know someone is entering the code and coming into the condo. They stated they were looking for a leak in the condo below ours. I'm sorry, but this was totally uncalled for. The owner should have told us someone needed to come in and check for a leak. We didn't know these people and after we did not feel comfortable leaving the condo to go anywhere. It was a total invasion of privacy and very unsettling. I did try to reach out prior to this review and no reply or remedy was given.

Beautiful property located in the heart of Manistee.

Great location in the center of town with views of the city lights and river to enjoy. Easy access to area attractions & indoor garage parking is a plus. Property location next to the Maple street bridge results in the expected city center noise & night life but is muted when inside the property. Great spot for someone with business in town. enjoy

Family Hometown Trip

We really enjoyed our family vacation at this condo! It had a great location for walking to local restaurants and bars. We loved the view from the balcony, being able to watch boats on the river! We can’t wait to go back!

Perfect place for my family!

This condo was the perfect place for my family to stay for a couple of nights in Manistee! We loved being walking distance to downtown, just a few minutes drive to both beaches, and being able to sit on the porch and watch boats go down the river. The management communicated with emails and texts with instructions for arrival so it was very easy for us to get into the condo after a long 12 hour drive. Highly recommend!!

New Years Eve Getaway

We have stayed in this unit twice now for our annual New Year’s trip. It’s an easy drive to Caberfae Peaks for skiing and snowboarding. The unit is clean and comfortable for our family of four. This year our daughter forgot some things that she had set aside for the the ride home. We were contacted immediately. The person cleaning the unit was pleasant and incredibly helpful. She dropped the items off at our friend’s house so we didn’t have to turn around. Communication with the owner is easy and pleasant as well. We’ll likely stay here again!

Great place

Great location that’s walkable to town. There’s an awesome brewery right next door with delicious beer and food. Place is clean and comfortable. There’s a small patio to sit with a view of the river. Deer were grazing by the river in the morning. It is right next to a drawbridge, which was interesting to watch. The only downside to that is the steel bridge is a little noisy when cars drive over it. If you’re a light sleeper that may bother you. Overall this is a jewel!

Riverwatch Condo not what it once was….

We have stayed here multiple times. Pretty disappointed with our stay. Towels were musty and had makeup stains. I had to rewash. Kitchen dishcloths were so bad I soaked in bleach. When I reached out to the owner, he wasn’t rude, but clearly didn’t care about my concerns. Said they have been very busy this season and didn’t realize towels were worn. They seemed dirty, not just worn. We have always loved staying here, but clearly the quality has slipped. I won’t stay there again.
