Boomerang Beach House

The property sits on a quiet road between the beach and the Aldinga Conservation Park, both a short walk away. If you love nature, you'll love staying in this area. The house is homely, fresh and fun. There are books to read and games to play.

The property is fully fenced. The protected backyard has a large lower deck, garden and lawn, surrounded by native plants and trees.

The house is two stories. The bottom level has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. One of the bathrooms also has a washing machine and a larger laundry sink.

The main bedroom has a queen bed and the other has three single beds.

Upstairs consists of an open plan living, kitchen and dining space that opens up to decks on both the north and south sides.

We are animal friendly, however, we do not allow cats to stay because of the native wildlife in the yard itself and surrounding Conservation Park.

We would appreciate no animals in the house. If they are making lots of noise outside during the night, you are welcome to put them in either of the bathrooms with the door closed. Thank you for your understanding.
