About this property

Boomerang Beach House

The property sits on a quiet road between the beach and the Aldinga Conservation Park, both a short walk away. If you love nature, you'll love staying in this area. The house is homely, fresh and fun. There are books to read and games to play.

The property is fully fenced. The protected backyard has a large lower deck, garden and lawn, surrounded by native plants and trees.

The house is two stories. The bottom level has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. One of the bathrooms also has a washing machine and a larger laundry sink.

The main bedroom has a queen bed and the other has three single beds.

Upstairs consists of an open plan living, kitchen and dining space that opens up to decks on both the north and south sides.

We are animal friendly, however, we do not allow cats to stay because of the native wildlife in the yard itself and surrounding Conservation Park.

We would appreciate no animals in the house. If they are making lots of noise outside during the night, you are welcome to put them in either of the bathrooms with the door closed. Thank you for your understanding.

Fabulous little house, dog friendly and close to the beach.

We had a fabulous weekend at Kelly’s house. The house is clean with an excellent selection of everything you might need for your holiday. We loved the dual aspect balconies in the living space and the secure, serene dog friendly back yard. We will definitely return.

Family friendly and amazing location!

Absolutely loved our stay here over the Christmas break. A short 5 min walk to the beach was just perfect! Great walks each day with our dogs along the beach to some yummy cafes. Awesome property for a family including dogs with a huge grassed backyard and fully fenced. Loved the homely upstairs kitchen/living area with everything we needed for cooking/meals. Communication was super quick and helpful and Kelly was very accommodating. Highly recommend this property for a beachside, relaxing holiday. Will definitely be back!

A little bit of Aussie bush and beach vibe for my French Relatives

My French cousin and her gorgeous little family stayed at this lovely home in a bush setting, by one of the best beaches in SA They were so impressed with the numerous homely touches that the owners made available to them…. Everything that was needed for a beach visit with small kiddies and the beautiful welcome gift was much appreciated Thank you so very much to the owners for making a lovely memory for my Frenchies 🤗
