So so great!

We just spent seven nights in the Fairway Haven home. The house is BEAUTIFUL and was absolutely perfect for our stay size wise. We had one major complaint which was the hot tub. We came for the Disney Half Marathon weekend so booking a home with a hot tub and pool was a must. Recovering post-race in the hot tub and pool was part of our plan. Unfortunately, the hot tub only worked two days out of our stay - and not post-run. Communication with maintenance during the day was poor (Jose at night was amazing - we felt like we called him every night and he was so prompt and nice). We REALLY wanted to use that hot tub all stay so that was incredibly disappointing. Outside of the hot tub heat/pool heat issues the house is perfect and everyone at the resort was outstanding. Especially the Jose and the waterpark food and beverage staff - so so sweet!

The resort was big and very well kept, it's a little confusing finding your way around. We used the waterpark one day when we were there. My granddaughter had a great time. The lazy river is a lot of fun. I brought my own float, but they had plenty.The house we stayed in was Very very clean upon arrival. Everything was in working order. The pool was cleaned once while we were there during our weeklong stay. We used it every day and we did not need pool heat. The house had pretty much everything we needed. Little things like salt and pepper or a few napkins would be nice for your first night before you get to go to a store. We will definitely be returning.

Wonderful family vacation home

We had a wonderful time at Fairway Haven in late August. Everything with getting into the house was super easy and convenient. The staff was quick to answer any questions and concerns. They came right away to fix a broken ice maker and check on the bbq grill. Everyone in our group, from kids to grandparents, enjoyed the house pool and water park. We did have to buy some things that wasn't expected, like salt and pepper and trash bags. But overall great experience and we will be back! I did read previous reviews about the theater tv not working , so I brought a Roku stick from home and it worked great.

Outstanding!

We had a great 10 days at Reunion, stayed at Fairway Haven. The house was spacious and clean, the pool was fantastic, and the kids really enjoyed the movie room and games. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to stay!

The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. It was the perfect size for our group and we love that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Everyone loved the movie room, golden tee game and pinball! We use the pool in the backyard every single day! The resort is beautiful and clean. Our group golfed at every course and they loved it. The restaurants pools and waterpark were just as amazing. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Home

The house was great. Perfect for a family get away with lots of room and games for all. I would note that the bed in the master bedroom needs a new mattress. There are poker chips, but no poker cards. You can't watch movies on the big screen in the movie room. These small fixes would have improved our stay, but overall we had a terrific time. Thank you!

We instantly felt we selected the right place from the initial moment of booking all the way until CHECK-OUT. Communication and updates were concise & timely. The Property was exactly as described. The home was Clean & well stocked with all the creature comforts. And the location was premium.

Family Vacation

Our stay at the Fairway Haven far exceeded our expectations. Beautiful home, fully equipped, clean, with spectacular views, comfortable, and to our surprise much larger than what it appeared to be on the website. The restaurants, golfing, and mini-golf were enjoyed by all, and its close to all the attractions and shopping. My only comment is that it would be nice to be able to watch a movie at night, but the channels through Direct TV are not available. So TV is limited for those night owls out there, but I still highly recommend this home.

Heating: We had to bother maintenance every day because that home was VERY COLD!!!

Other than being uncomfortable with the coldness of this home, we had a great experience. I recently had open heart surgery and I stayed cold. The response time was very good and the maintenance staff was very friendly. I just need those homes to be accommodating . We stayed last Christmas and we had the EXACT SAME PROBLEM! Christmas 2022 WAS EXTRA COLD
