1) Is pool and spa heat extra?
Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.
2) Is there a BBQ grill?
A BBQ grill is kept at the home and is available for rent. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence blocking the pool.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)
5) What type of coffee maker is in the home?
Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided.
6) Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.
7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?
Only starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are provided. (This is an industry standard practice.)
8) Is Wifi provided for free?
Complimentary wireless internet is provided.
9) Is smoking allowed in the home or by the pool? Are pets allowed?
Smoking is NOT allowed in the home or by the pool. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed.

This property is perfect for a large group. The house is very spacious. There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The house is designed and decorated beautifully. The arcade, movie theater and lanai with a grill, movie projector AND bar makes you never want to leave the home. Plus, you have your own pool and spa! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I will definitely book again. The host and his property manager were great. The house is phenomenal! I have very high standards, especially when I travel. I highly recommend this property! This house checks all of the boxes. My family and I are already planning our next trip so that we can rebook this home. 10/10 highly recommend! Everyone is our group was saying we should have extended our trip. We will DEFINITELY be returning! The only thing I regret was not checking out the clubhouse before we left. But no worries we will be back to enjoy the amenities there.

This house had everything our family needed for our annual family vacation. Clean, extremely spacious and the location of the house was great (close to gate access). Keith was great to deal with and responded quickly to any questions we had. We have been staying in Davenport area for 15 years, and have to stay this is one of the top homes we rented. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were spacious and comfortable. Themed rooms were great for kids. Theatre room was great also. Only recommendation would be more towels for house. Overall, great house for large family vacations.

Let me start by saying we had the best time!!! Had 14 people ranging from 47-8 most were 24-15. There was plenty of room! Everything was as expected and shown in the pictures! The kids loved everything! The pool, game room, bedrooms and the theater were all fully used! Even though we had early mornings we had last nights too as we couldn’t resist getting competitive! The double laundry sets came in handy! We did have a couple of hiccups, couldn’t figure out the driving games or basketball game upstairs but they came to help us out once we notified them. Also we could never get the upstairs mini fridge to turn on, But that didn’t damper our stay. All the tvs around everywhere were awesome! We were able to watch football all week! Had mostly everything we needed in the kitchen- only thing we didn’t see, pizza cutter/potato peeler, never really know you need them till you don’t have them. But plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. The beds were all super comfy and lots of pillows and blankets to go around! We have stayed in many rentals and this is the first that had ceiling fans!!! That’s what sold me first! And communication with owners was on point! They answered everything and were quick about it! My kids are ready to come back and want this house again! So much fun!
