It was great and had everything we could have needed and more. The host provided food items, condiments and so many other items. The wifi was great along with the tv channels. The beds were really comfortable. The neighbourhood was very quiet so it was a very restful stay. I would recommend the location to anyone looking for accommodation in Grand Falls-Windsor.

Great place to stay

This place was very close to a lot of restaurants and the mall. Also it was 9 minutes away from the legion where we there for darts tournament.

Stayed here just for one night with parents and sister and wish we could’ve stayed longer. Very nicely decorated with a homey feel to it which helped after a long day of flying and driving. Comfy beds, with well equipped kitchen came in handy! Quiet street yet close to stores. Eve was a wonderful host; good communication and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here to others.

Cozy, clean and comfortable

We had a wonderful stay in Grand Falls at this property. The home was very clean, comfortable, quiet and well stocked. Evelina was a very attentive host that strove to ensure our every need was met. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone else that might be in the area.

Family vacation

Had a good stay. Evelina was very accommodating and helpful. My only suggestion would be to upgrade some of the furniture.

The property was very dated. The entranceway has about 7-8 steps inside. Not great for bringing suitcases and groceries in. The backyard is more like a parking lot. Very little grass and a concrete pad for a shed. The pictures show the property looking better than it does. Washer and dryer were convenient. Dishwasher was out of order.

Just like staying at Grandma’s house

This unassuming little house in the middle of a residential area was exactly what we needed - a place to cook a meal and privacy for the night. There’s a budget-friendly grocery store nearby, and the host invited us to visit her unique and whimsical backyard garden. We also enjoyed the luxury of cable TV which is a rare find in a rental. Overall we were happy during our stay.

Evelina…What a caring and amazing Host

Wow! I want an amazing host a Evelena is. Before we arrived she wanted to know what kind of milk and bread that we would like to have. She also had bacon and eggs and pancake mix as well as coffee just waiting for us. The house was spotless, we felt so welcomed in her home. She also lives not far away from the home and invited us over to see her horses and silky chickens. The kids absolutely loved it. I would recommend this place to stay anytime. It was better than a 10 out of 10. Thank you Evelina for all that you did to make our stay so perfect.

Smells of smoke Was supposed to get a refund but haven’t yet

I didn’t stay at the property was supposed to be smoke free . I called the lady and told her it smells of smoke and she said she was sorry and I am supposed to be refunded my money I have not as of yet.
