Villa Torretta - Exclusive Escapes - Old Dunsborough luxury, family friendly, beach house.

Located in arguably one of the best spots in Dunsborough, you cant get much closer to the infamous Dunsborough boat ramp if you tried! With the crystal clear waters sparkling at you from the balcony, the kids riding their bikes to the foreshore playground or even taking advantage of the kayaks, paddle board and surfboard left for your use, you will know you made the right choice booking this house.

Please note: this property is undergoing major refurbishment, which we are certain guests will be pleasantly surprised by, ready for summer 2025.

Walking into the spacious hallway you have the ground floor level rooms off to the right. The first room being the more formal lounge room with beautiful artwork and log fireplace. Moving through we have the games room complete with an impressive shuffle board and pool table. Amaze your friends and family by cooking up an Italian storm in the outdoor section of this space, where you will find a state of the art pizza oven. Past that area you will find 3 of the bedrooms. The first on the left is a Queen and next to that is the room with 2 Singles. Opposite those bedrooms you have an impressive King four poster bedroom with en-suite and ocean glimpses. Lastly on this level is the laundry room and bathroom with WC & shower.

Upstairs you are greeted by a homely lounge area with doors leading to a balcony overlooking the beach & a kids playroom. Take your pick of 2 dining areas, one inside or one outside, both equally beautiful! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including the all important coffee machine for you to enjoy your morning cuppa with. The upstairs master bedroom is a King room with en-suite and ocean views. What a way to wake up of a morning!  The upstairs area is serviced by a family bathroom with separate WC & shower .

With 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, games room, kids playroom, 2 lounge rooms, outdoor fire pit area for the cooler months, kayaks & surfboards, ocean views, this property has everything!

Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.

Please note: This property includes all linen and towels. This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
