This is a lovely Rosedale cottage with glorious ocean views and lovely gardens nestled in an idyllic bush setting. Perfect for the family beach holiday with a large open plan living and dining with a fully equipped kitchen. Move effortlessly from morning coffee on the front deck with stunning views of the beach to sunset drinks and BBQs on a covered back deck listening bird song in a gorgeous garden. A wood burning fire will keep you snug in winter. You are walking distance to 3 beaches, so just bring your beach towels and you are set. The back yard is fully fenced for the 4 legged family members (please note fencing not suitable for large dogs). There is off-street parking for boats and cars.

Living Spaces: A charming, open plan beach house with exposed beams and high ceilings provides many options for R&R, including lounge, dining, family room, loft/studio and daybeds.

Kitchen: Beach views up the coastline from a large, well-appointed kitchen will make cooking a breeze. Two coffee machines, microwave, oven, induction stove, oven, blenders, and many more appliances are available.

Bathrooms: The property includes 3 bathrooms with showers and toilets, and one with a bath. Enjoy a semi-enclosed outdoor shower to wash away the sand after a day at the beach.

Other inclusions: Wifi, Linen, laundry with washing machine, good phone reception, TV, ample off-street parking, wood for the fireplace and much more. EV charging available upon request. BYO towels.
Late checkout until 4pm on Sunday with a weekend booking (non peak times only).
