Large fam home, ideal for entertaining, & pets, close to beach, parks and nature

"Southern Comfort" 7 Willow Ct, is a large single level comfortable home, built in 2003, emphasizing family spaces with 2 lounges. Access to the home from outside, is via a single step through the front-, sliding-, or interleading garage door.

Optic Fibre is connected to the premises providing NBN/Wifi services.
Speedtest shows in excess of 100Mbps (fast)ensuring efficient use of the two Smart tv's (55"and 70") as well as connection of all your devices to the internet.

A large well-equipped open-plan kitchen/dining area, with coffee making options, leads out onto an al-fresco outdoor entertaining area, and large garden allowing a good enclosed area to play backyard cricket, or, for general play with the family, and pets.

The home has a 70 inch Smart TV, in the rumpus, as well as a 55 inch SmartTV in the formal lounge. The master bedroom also has a high definition wall mounted TV.

A secluded study allows for quiet time, and the possibility of working online if required.

Beat the summer heat by way of ceiling fans in all rooms except bunk-bed room, which, together with the air-conditioning, and well insulated home, ensures a cool and comfortable stay.

We invest in sustainable practices at #7 Willow Court, by utilizing solar energy, LED lighting, and recycling practices to name a few.
Close to nature, surrounded by National Park and Ocean. In the garage a kayak and two bicycles for the active members of the family, masks snorkels, a few toys, and more. An adventure seekers' haven!

The newly opened 3 day, 3 night, 34 km Murramarang South Coast Walk ("Where forest meets Ocean") ends at Maloneys Beach.

A short level walk from Number 7, takes you to the beautiful protected Maloneys beach.

Some Properties and Hosts deserve a higher ranking than 5 Stars.

From the first time I contacted Tim and Deb until the moment we sadly checked out today, the entire experience was first class.The Property is great and has every conceivable thing you could require.Maloneys Beach was a revelation for us. We’d never visited that part of the World and were overwhelmed by just how friendly everyone we met was.Health permitting, we will be returning in the future.Thanks Tim and Deb for a battery recharging break.

Fabulous Stay

We had a great stay. Location to beach, beautiful nature walks and proximity to town centre was ideal. The property was emaculate, well appointed and had lots of enjoyable and expansive spaces inside and out. Our pups enjoyed the big yard and were secure. Icing on the cake

There is lots to do around Maloney's beach. Batemans Bay through to Mogo has shops, crafts and cafes. Also beautiful beaches. And you come home to the icing on the cake. This home is really beautiful. It has everything you could possibly need. 4 bedrooms (2 queensize beds), ensuite and the bathroom I would love at my home. Comfortable lounges. Large TV with some streaming services. Easy working kitchen. Communication with Tim was quick and knowledgeable. Good enclosed grounds for a dog. Beware though, there are kangaroos around. On the front lawn at times, so you must watch your dog if you bring one. Otherwise the kangaroos make wonderful viewing for young children or international friends. But do not feed them. If you stay here you will have the best holiday home, ever.

relax and chill out

A Tidy Haven with Comfort Beyond Expectations

Our family and two dogs had a fantastic Christmas stay at Number 7 Willow Court. This spacious family home was not only an ideal spot for entertaining but also proved to be an excellent retreat for our furry friends. Very spacious home with open-plan kitchen/dining area made our family moments memorable. The house was exceptionally clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and linen. It felt like a home away from home where we could relax and unwind. The garage, stocked with kayaks and bicycles, offered endless fun. The property's proximity to the beach, parks, and National Park made our walks convenient and enjoyable. In summary, our stay was nothing short of perfect. We want to thank the hosts for providing such a delightful holiday retreat. We highly recommend it!

Great dog-friendly house

Good for people too! We especially liked the covered outdoor area, where we spent a lot of time. It was interesting that the house book instructed us to make sure we shut the gate - to keep the kangaroos out!! We were surprised to find so many in the road, feeding on the nice front lawns. Inside, all living areas and bedrooms are very nice and the kitchen area is excellent.

Amazing family getaway

Perfect getaway found! It is hard to know what to choose when you are searching properties to rent at a location you haven’t visited before, and of all the ones we looked at, our family was absolutely thrilled that we chose this one. It is truly perfect. We had an amazing holiday here and will definitely return for more stays. From the house to the beach to the rainforest like surrounds, we were absolutely blown away. The house was glorious - so roomy and relaxing with beautiful gardens and it was very easy to maintain. Our family all fit easily, its so spacious and we were all stunned at how fabulously the house was organised and equipped throughout - so much thought and effort has been put in by the owners and provided for the stay. Maloneys Beach is a short walk and such a wonderful beach to walk and swim at. We drove to Long Beach which was less than a 5 minute drive away. Batemans Bay was a quick 15 minute drive to stock up on food. Truly perfect. Check in and check out was a breeze. Communication with the hosts was wonderful, they are so caring. Our pooch was as happy as we were and like us gives it 5 stars.

Relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We had an extremely enjoyable six day family get-together with 4-5 adults and our dog. The house was exactly as described and better. We found the house extremely clean, roomy and comfortable. The house was well presented inside and out. Open planned Very well equipped large kitchen and dining area adjoining family room which had very big tv and lots of comfortable sofas. All beds were comfortable with nice linen and pillows. Outside covered eating area and big backyard for kids and dog. Neighbourhood was always quiet. Five minute walk to a large uncrowded beach, large dog beach. Five minute walk to nice cafe. Two coffee machines, a large Barista Expresso machine to make a fresh ground coffee and a pod machine. Very good wifi, Netflix on all three tvs. The adjoining new National Park beach walk starts a few minutes from house and within half an hour of a scenic nature hike you have access to several beautiful deserted beaches. Batemans Bay Aldi, Woolies and Coles and restaurants are less than a 15 minute drive away. We had absolutely no complaints throughout our stay. Tim and Deb were great hosts who communicated quickly when needed. Very highly recommended.

Wonderful large house with multiple living areas. Spotlessly clean and extremely well maintained. Great yard for the fur friends and kids. And perfect outdoor living space. Plenty of added extras for the kids and dogs to play with. A credit to the owner.

Perfect family holiday home

Perfect holiday home for a family. House was very clean and had all amenities needed. Lawns and garden were so well kept - sitting out under the pergola listening to the birds and waves was truly relaxing. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach, which the kids loved. Would highly recommended this house, especially for a family. Hosts are so lovely and welcoming.

Magic at Maloneys

From the moment I made the booking and contacted the hosts, Tim and Deb, everything went super smoothly. The house was superb and met all (6 adults, 4 children, 2 dogs) our requirements. The hosts were so thoughtful and accommodating: There were games equipment for the kids (cricket, football, snorkeling, bicycle, fishing, canoeing), stuff for the dogs (beds, blankets, feeding bowls, balls) as well as 3 TVs (Fetch), free wifi, books). Fanatastic location, 5 minute walk to the beach and the house had every possible thing you could want for a holiday week away. Be warned, we will be back.

A perfect holiday

No. 7 Willow Court, in a quiet little cul-de-sac, was perfect for our 5 day holiday at Malloney's. The house was beautifully clean, spacious and well equipped with everything for a comfortable, happy stay. The dogs enjoyed the secure back yard and the various doggy toys made available by the owners, not to mention runs along the beach. The owner, Tim, was easy to contact, very friendly, and responded quickly to all our queries. All round first rate and we hope to be back for another great time soon.

Xmas at Maloneys

Had the best Xmas, everything was excellent. Walked to the beach easily. Plenty of space to watch cricket or movies. Great outdoor spaces for games or relaxing with a drink. Can’t thank you enough

Great stay, massive house!So well appointed.

This is a great property, Tim and Deb were helpful and accommodating! They seem like fun people! Communication was great and the whole check in and out process was seamless. Considering the size of the house the price is a bargain! You could easily have two families here. We were surprised by how big the house is, it was great having the room to really spread out, loads of living and outdoor space too. Our dogs loved the grassed secure yard and we all had a great time. The inclusion of gates to keep the dogs in the main living area is a great idea. Absolutely close enough to walk to the beach (a great pet friendly beach too) but still in a nice quiet cul-de-sac. Overall, highly recommended, we will be back.

"We absolutely loved our stay at Maloneys Beach. Tim and Deb have literally thought of everything. The location is fabulous - only a short stroll to the beach. Very comfortable house with plenty of room. Great kitchen. Huge fenced in backyard for our dog. All communication with the owners was easy and prompt. Would definitely recommend this house and would love to stay here again"

Wonderful!!

If you are after an incredibly comfortable house with loads of space for plenty of people (we were a family group of 9 including children & a grandparent), is well equipped (great kitchen if you prefer to cook as we did) in a lovely spot only a short stroll to a beach, then this is the house for you. The house has a great garden, which is perfect for a dog (well fenced) & large enough to play a game of cricket in! It was the little touches that made our stay extra nice such as the quality shampoos & soaps provided as well as coffee & your basics. Communication with the owner was always prompt which made our stay very easy. We would return to this house in a heartbeat if given the opportunity.

Wonderful Location

Close to the beach, Lovely home comfortable and homely . Excellent outdoor eating location. There was a wonderful Walk near by that even despite the weather was amazing.
