We very much enjoyed our stay at Jaqueline’s condo in Canmore. Communication was amazing, both in advance and during our stay. Unit was clean and cared for. Walking distance to local restaurants, cafes (Black Dog Cafe recommended), and downtown. Thank you Jaqueline for your hospitality and for making our first trip to Canmore, Alb. special.

Great location and great price, had a couple issues with the microwave and shower which the host responded to in a reasonable amount of time but overall great option for staying in Canmore.

Very nice property. Great location that was very walkable. One negative was the complexes furnace/generator (not sure which it was) is located in the courtyard directly outside the balcony. It was noisy, so noisy that we did not feel we could sit on the balcony to relax. In my opinion, the property is listed at a premium price that should include nicer furnishings, artwork, kitchen supplies, etc. Nothing is bad, but things were a bit dates. I provided some feedback to the property manager that hopefully they implement. The 4 out of 5 stars is because of the noise and that I feel the interior could use a refresh.

This was our first stay at the Solara property and we very much enjoyed it. The host/owner was very responsive and frictionless to book with. We would definitely stay the property and in this unit again if it’s available.

Convenient condo

Great location, loved that there were 2 bathrooms, and had plenty of room for 4 adults, a newborn and a small dog.

Great weekend getaway

We loved this condo! Huge space to fit a family of two plus a dog. The patio is huge. And, the park pass was a nice touch! Thank you for the great vacation!

Spacious, clean, lovely spot in the mountains!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this condo as our home base for our recent stay in the mountains. It had everything we needed and the kids enjoyed the pool and theatre while the adults enjoyed the ease of access to the lovely onsite spa and gym. Looking forward to our next trip back to the mountains!

Beautiful Mountain Getaway

This condo is in a great location with lots of amenities! Floorplan is perfect for two couples and the furnishings are lovely. Kitchen is well equipped and made for easy meal prep. Owner was easy to reach and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

The Solara has become our accommodation of choice on trips to Canmore and this unit was no let down. Communication prior to arrival was great and all the info we needed was given to us. The view if the mountains from the balcony was perfect and the unit was in great condition. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Canmore.

We were able to check in early which was nice the unit was clean. Communication with the owner was good and timely. Would definitely stay there again.

I was born and raised in Calgary - with Canmore as my backyard - enjoying all the outdoor recreation and beauty it offers. This lead me to race in the nationals in whitewater kayaking, become and member of the Canadian National Cycling team and trained as a professional triathlete (5th in the world). I currently live in Los Angeles where my husband and I have raised two wonderful children and I pursue careers in pottery, real estate and Womensquest - www.womensquest.com.

Canmore and the surrounding area is one of the most beautiful places on earth and the Solara resort provides a luxurious setting in which to experience it. I hope you will enjoy my condo and the many exciting activities that the Canadian Rockies offer as much as I do.

After a wonderful day in the outdoors, I love to come home and relax in front of the fire with a good book. Or treat myself to a massage and relax in the hot tub that is conveniently located in the same building. Or if I'm really ambitious, exercise in a fully equipped gym that rivals anything available at home.The Solara has it all!!
