yards from the base of Winter Park Resort, so close you can see when the

gondola opens.



**The space**

Condominium 3305 contemporary and beautiful one-bedroom efficiency located at

Fraser Crossing. A full bathroom with a tub and separate shower stall, an

efficiency kitchen with an additional wine fridge in the living area credenza,

and patio access to the amenity deck make this condo a special retreat.



**The bedroom**

This condo has a hotel king-size bed in the bedroom with a sofa sleeper in the

living area. It is most comfortable for two people.



During the stay, you can access on-site storage for your skis, snowboard, or

bike. To enhance your experience, enjoy the complimentary High-Speed internet

throughout the building.



The Village restaurants, shops, and activities are steps away across Winter

Park Drive.
