We are a very friendly people and really love to meet people from all around the world. Like to help our guests to have a unique experience in Medellin.
Of course we will be in touch to attend anything you require during your stay, don´t hesitate in contact us thru airbnb message, chat or call directly to our wp number. Our goal is to offer the most pleasent stay. We can make arrangements for relaxing massages. Also help with extreme activities like paragliding, adventure waterfall or going to visit some turist places in town.
It is necessary that you provide us a picture of your passport and also we need to know what is the next country you will visit so we can inform that to immigration.
The house is located in front of Terracina Mall. Very quiet zone with everything you need just crossing the street, restaurants, brs, super market and shops. Just take an uber and 15 minutes you will be in Provenza or Parque Lleras

Lodging and Accommodation Regulations.
1) Visitors are ALLOWED. Every guest and visitor must be registered and show their passport or identification upon entering the house. We have a host 24/7 in the house for security and help you with anything you need.
2) ALL INDIVIDUALS UNDER 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THEIR PARENTS.
3) DJ´s and any sound systems are not allowed in the house
4) Any damage caused to the house or property belongings must be reported and will be charged.
5) In case of a fire, please evacuate the house.
6) Smoking any substances on the house premises and within the house is strictly prohibited, including cigarettes and tobacco. A $50.0 USD fee applies if smoking is detected indoors.
7) Leaving any items or objects withthe house host is not allowed.
8) Pets are allowed but under the owner`s responsibility.
9) SEXUAL AND DRUG TRAFFICKING IS A CRIME. ALL DRUG ABUSE, TRAFFICKING OF MINORS, OR HUMAN TRAFFICKING WILL BE REPORTED TO AUTHORITIES. ACCORDING TO LAW 679 OF 2001, THE ENTRY OF MINORS INTO ANY TOURIST PROPERTY FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROSTITUTION OR SEXUAL ABUSE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
10) Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
11) Whenever you leave the house, please turn off the air conditioning, lights, and close windows and the entrance door.
12) Please do not lock the doors. A locksmith incurs an additional cost. Each additional set of keys has a cost of $25.0 USD.
13) To conserve the environment, we kindly request responsible consumption of water and electricity.
14) The house security is not liable for losses within the apartment. For your safety, surveillance cameras monitored by a private security company are present in the house entrance.
15) Check-out time is at 11:00 a.m. Please dispose of trash in the designated trash cans. Ensure to inform us of your departure time and secure windows and the door.
*Please maintain low noise levels, especially on weekdays and late at night. A $150 USD fine applies.
Extra Cleaning Services must be scheduled and come at an additional cost.
