Summary:
Light filled apartment.
The Space:
Modern 1 bedroom apartment in classic art deco building..
This ground floor apartment has elegant, light-filled living and dining spaces. Spacious kitchen with all amenities and new bathroom with shower. A balcony space with views down to Coogee Beach.
Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. 1 bedroom will remain locked.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
The Neighborhood:
A 200m stroll down the road onto the sands of Coogee Beach, passing plenty of dining options along the way.
Getting Around:
Public transport is readily available with nearby bus-stops. On street parking is limited, however, all day parking spaces can be found in local areas.
Other Things to Note:
Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
Interaction with Guests:
We give guests full privacy but are most welcome to reach out as needed. Simply send a message via the platform you booked. We are also just a phone call away :)
