Family of 5 who love the beach, surfing, mountain biking and all the coast has to offer. We love our little slice of paradise, we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
Amazing location close to beaches, parks, sports facilities, mountain biking and strip shops. It has it all. 12 minutes from the airport, so close to Mooloolaba, Alex Headland Surf Club & Skate Park, Cotton Tree, Buderim, Noosa and more.
Get busy & enjoy all the coast has to offer or just sit back relax & chill.
What makes this property unique
Enjoy the amazing views from the wrap around patio & outdoor dining alfresco that overlooks a stunning pool & rain forest canopy. From your private elevated position take the time to enjoy the pool & beautiful parkland rainforest. It's hard to imagine you're only minutes everything the coast has to offer. Maroochydore CBD, Cotton Tree, Alex Headland, Mooloolaba, Noosa & stunning beaches.
Kids can enjoy the skate ramp, basketball ring, trampoline & park. Board games & kids books are provided.
The day begins when you open the large gas strut kitchen window, welcoming in the morning sun. Flick on the coffee machine & jump into the pool. Enjoy the modern kitchen with 3 bench stools, large dining table & all the necessities. It’s all here, a plumbed in fridge with ice maker & everything else you’d expect a family kitchen to have.
Both living areas overlook the pool, with stunning vistas into the rain forest tree canopy. The two large living areas have their own TV’s, split systems & comfortable couches. One a day bed.
Start & or finish the day poolside. It's all here, Webber bbq, large outdoor dining table, lounges & pool chairs. Mix up a refreshing beverage & enjoy the vista, birds & westerly sun sets.
Step down from the patio to the back yard where you will find a bathroom & hot outdoor shower before winding around to the skate ramp, basketball area and firepit. The back yard is a great place for kids & adults to relax & explore.
All bedrooms & living areas have ceiling fans. The main bedroom & living areas have wall mounted split system air conditioning units.
Living rooms have double sliding doors with fly screens for beautiful sea breezes as do all the windows throughout.
