A modern central kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and breakfast bar sits in the heart of the home with ample scope to update and add equity to this tranquil beach retreat, while a sun-drenched BBQ deck offers a lovely space to recline with a wine, having a bbq and overlooking the lush garden after balmy days on the beach as the kids entertain themselves in this fully fenced haven. All three bedrooms feature built in robes with timber flooring underfoot, while an immaculate, renovated white bathroom with bathtub and shower ensures everyone’s comfort. Enviably situated between the ocean and the bay, where days can commence with an invigorating surf at Dimmicks Beach and end out on the crystal bay gliding on a stand-up paddleboard, walk to Blairgowrie village for a coffee in the morning, the home also includes ducted heating/cooling and a carport.

Gorgeous, Tidy house, perfect for our family of 5.
Absolutely loved the styling, we really felt at home the moment we walked in.
Must mention the beds, the kids even commented that the beds were so comfy!

Couldn’t recommend this beautiful place more!! We recently stayed here for a family getaway, we had an amazing time here and was very well presented/clean. Plenty of sleeping arrangements, lounge room is super cozy and comfortable with ample space. The location is perfect, walking distance to beach, cafe, shops and just a beautiful area to walk.The small extra touches went a long way, this hidden gem in Blairgowrie is a no brainer! Couldnt recommend highly enough!
