Great little place!

Had a great time. Very close to Mackerricker which we liked. Had everything we needed.

House was cozy

The house was cozy and perfect for our family of four. It is also located conveniently close to multiple beaches, the state park, and shops in town. We will definitely be visiting again.

Was in town for a couple of days. The place was cozy and had all the amenities. Had a visit with the neighborhood deer…was beautiful. Kathleen was very accommodating!Thank you for a great stay. We hope to be back soon!

They jump the fence since there are no dogs around. It is special to have an encounter.maybe you will come again and have another encounter!

Very nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. Some family members were camping at nearby MacKerricher State Beach, and the proximity of this property made it easy to enjoy time around the campfire and then return to the house for a warm bed and shower. Good communication with the owner. Highly recommend this property.

Relaxing in Fort Bragg

My wife and I had wonderful time in Fort Bragg and it was always nice to come home in the afternoon to the house . It was very relaxing having the house out or town.

Cozy and Comfy

It was a short stay but enjoyed the home ! Was able to relax and even cooked in the well stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable . The host was in contact before and after our stay , I will definitely be booking this home again .

Best decorated and most comfortable rental

The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is well done and well stocked. The bathtub and shower were good quality. I think the owner must have lived here. It has the feel of a home, not a rental and is up-kept well. The owner texted us the day of our arrival and kept in touch with us. She also owns Cucino Verona in Ft. Bragg and the Mercado bakery and we tried both, which were great, and got to meet her.

Very nice place, we will be back

The host was great, good communications, prompt, and nice when we happened to meet in person at their store in town. The property is clean, furnished nicely and had all the necessary kitchen and bath needs covered. Good Wi-Fi, quiet, and a good location (across the street from MacKerricher State Park). We will definitely try to stay here next time we come to Ft Bragg.

Perfect Getaway

Great location just north of downtown Fort Bragg. This two bedroom cottage is a two minute drive to the beach. The yard is fenced in so my kids could play outside in a secure area. The house was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Great food in Fort Bragg, and you are minutes away from numerous beaches and other adventures.

Adorable cottage

Such an adorable cottage. The yard was very big, and private. Loved the tall enclosed fence with a gate where we could park our cars safely inside. Will definitely recommend it to others. The home owner was very easy to correspond with, and responded quickly to any questions.

Adequate furnishings. Large dirt yard. No toiletries except for liquid hand soap and a bar of Irish Spring soap. No access to washer/dryer. Minimal number of towels (due to "conserving water"). Clean rooms.

After reading your comments, the homeowner would like to provide additional context:- Due to drought conditions along the coast this summer, we're unable to water the lawn, which has affected the yard's appearance.- We stock plenty of towels in the bathrooms, with additional towels stored in the cedar chest in the main bedroom for guest use.- While we don’t list toiletries as being provided, we’re always just a call or text away and happy to supply anything you might need during your stay.We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the guest experience.

Nice place….very cozy. Wood burning stove really warms the place. The s’mores kit waiting in the fridge, was a nice touch. My only small critiques are the pots had burnt bottoms. Hard to cook in. Under sink cabinet was dirty. And there is no back door.…safety concern. 10 mins from downtown Fort Bragg.

Quiet, comfortable, Happy!

The location is excellent which is of course important but the comfort of this home is what stands out the most. The master bed is amazingly comfortable! The chairs around the dining room table as well, something not so common. And the living room has very comfy couches. Outside the large area is well down with stumps of every size to sit around the camp fire which we did every evening. The kitchen has everything one needs and the bathroom is roomy and beautiful. The pictures online are accurate to the home. We left very happy. Our teenage granddaughters enjoyed the place very much as well and told their parents all about it so it was a win-win all the way. Thank you!
