Very quiet location, comfortable bed, and lots of thoughtful small touches made for a very comfortable stay and a very relaxing weekend for us!

Great place and experience! This rates as one of our all-time favorite places to stay. First, you feel special with all the nice touches for a guest. The host seems to have thought of everything and provided a nice welcome basket (a dying trend among rentals). Spacious and clean, and seems new. Nice sized bedside tables, with easy plug-in strip (for our CPAPs). Lots of counter space in kitchen and bathroom. Good lighting. Air filter devices and a fresh water unit.Second, the location is awesome. Away from bustling Hwy 101 into a stretch of tall big trees along their road. What a great feeling to walk and drive on that road. And it is so dark and quiet. So comforting and peaceful. Yet, it's a short drive to town, too.

Carlton was very communicative and answered all of our questions quickly. The cottage was just as described, clean, cozy and well stocked (thank you for the snacks!). The owners were helpful and friendly. Location was an easy shot to town and the ocean. Highly recommend!

Property was exactly as advertised. Clean, quiet, and beautiful. Amenities were plentiful with snacks and coffee stocked. Bed was cozy. The environment is so peaceful and beautiful. The host were amazingly accommodating and incredibly friendly. Getting to say hello to their wonderful dog every morning was a major positive. Centrally located and close to everything. I cant wait to book our next stay.
