Cowboys game

We didn't have enough toilet paper & the power went off Sunday morning for about 4 or 5 hours. Other than that, we had a great time! The Cowboys won big, we spent a few hours at the pool on Saturday & had a good taste of the night life & food in Arlington! We'll be back next year!

Great location

Enjoyed our short visit to your property. Such easy access to AT&T Stadium events. Clean and nicely decorated. Did have to call for door code that would work. Had received two door codes prior to arrival and neither on worked. Person who answered call, quickly changed code and kept me on phone to be sure it worked. Thank you!

VRBO Unit Had Failure with Air Conditioning

Traveling to Arlington to see the Cowboys play a game in August, I failed to consider how a failed AC unit would impact my wife and me. Temps in Dallas / Arlington reached 110 Degrees F both days. I tried to get issue resolved with Email contact provided from the booking. That person responded pretty quickly on Friday and hardly at all come Saturday. My wife & I abandoned the rental for a hotel nearby with functioning AC. I'd have to review the original listing, but I'm fairly certain it list Air Conditioning as part of their write up. As far as Communications, I guess I'm just wired differently but if I owned a property somewhere I'd have a maintenance person(company) to get something fixed in short order if my renter had an issue. To their credit, I was credited my money back for the Saturday we had to leave because of the heat. Cleanliness was pretty good. If the AC worked, this would have been 5s with maybe a 4 mixed in.

Conflicted in Arlington TX

Our experience started out so badly that's why the early review items started with such low ratings. Starting w/the address - the address 1st provided was different from the 2nd address provided; when I contacted the host he confirmed, multiple times, that the 2nd address provided was correct - which was included on the 'check-in information'. However, when we arrived & try to enter the unit number provided there was no key or keypad. After contacting VRBO directly & then the host we were still confused as where to go. A helpful tenant was able to explain the exact location. Once in the unit we found a lovely, decorated unit - until closer observation: * Advertised as a 2 bed unit - it is NOTt; it's 1 bed & an air mattress, which was missing at the time of arrival (resolved next day) *The sofa sleeper was overly used and filthy under the pullout sect - pictures provided to the host(resolved next day) * cld only use 2 of 4 dinning chairs/2 had broken rungs - pictures provided to the host * the bdrm smoke alarm cont to chirp (indicator weak battery) for several hrs - I had to remove the 9V battery - notified host (battery replaced next day) *dumpsters right across the driveway frm the entrance had trash & garbage overflowing onto the parking lot - pictures provided (bldg mgnt resolved next day) *dead bug & hair in bathrm corner (resolved next day) Communication w/the host was not always clear & accurate. After host took care of issues, our stay was enjoyable. Good 2 hv w&d.
