We loved staying here the host was quick to respond. It was nice and clean. The only down fall was there was only one TV in the whole house. All and all a wonderful stay with easy access.

The location for what we were doing was great. Super clean and neat. I screwed up and didn’t fully read all the instructions therefore I had a problem getting to the keys. The response to help us was within minutes so I can’t say thank you enough.

Part of my welcome note included instructions on how to rig the front door to open and close it. Upon arrival, the door handle fell out trapping my children inside. The upstairs master bed room floor was very soft and squeaked a lot. The first morning we opened the cabinet door to throw trash away and a large roach came out. Needless to say, we didn’t use the kitchen or bring any food into the house.

Thank you for your feedback. I’d like to clarify a few important points for future guests. The front door hardware was intact and fully functional prior to check‑in. Unfortunately, it was damaged during this stay. Temporary guidance was provided immediately so the door could be opened and closed safely, and the hardware was replaced promptly after checkout. Regarding cleanliness: the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before every stay. No pest activity was reported by the cleaners before arrival, and no further issues were found during the post‑stay inspection. It’s also important to note that this reservation violated house rules. An unauthorized pet was brought onto the property, resulting in cleanup required on the patio. A standard pet fee was requested, but no response was received. We take maintenance, cleanliness, and guest safety very seriously and address issues as soon as they are reported. We remain committed to providing a well‑maintained, comfortable home for guests who follow house rules and communicate promptly.
