Recently refreshed with high-quality furnishings and modern finishes, this home delivers a high-end yet relaxed desert getaway ideal for families, golf trips, and group stays.



Inside, the open floor plan creates a bright and welcoming atmosphere with porcelain tile floors, contemporary décor, and comfortable gathering spaces. The main living room centers around a large leather sectional and a 75” Smart TV, creating the perfect spot for movie nights, watching the game, or relaxing after a day exploring Scottsdale.



The modern chef’s kitchen anchors the home with quartz countertops, stainless appliances, and a large island with seating. A nearby dining area provides a comfortable setting for shared meals, while a stylish wall bar with wine and beverage chiller makes entertaining easy.

This home features a private, heated swimming pool included at no additional charge. Please note that while heating is complimentary, water temperatures may be inconsistent during colder winter months. The pool typically warms during the day but can cool overnight due to natural desert conditions.



All guests are required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.



We strictly enforce a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances rigorously, and violations may result in fines or removal of this property from hosting platforms. Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels at all times.



For safety and compliance, a Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door. Additional exterior cameras are positioned to monitor side access gates. These are used solely to verify occupancy and for emergency purposes—no interior cameras or recording devices are present.



The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system, which tracks decibel levels to help maintain community peace. This device does not record sounds or conversations, ensuring your privacy.



Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted. Exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved—or if a pet is found without authorization—a $175 non-refundable cleaning fee will apply.



Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee from our housekeeping team. Please coordinate any changes in advance to avoid this charge.
