Inside, the home’s open-concept layout creates a bright and inviting space where the living room, dining area, and chef’s kitchen flow seamlessly together. Natural textures, warm tones, and elevated finishes give the home a relaxed yet refined atmosphere that feels both stylish and comfortable.



The fully equipped kitchen anchors the home with generous prep space, modern appliances, and everything needed to cook and entertain with ease. A dedicated wine bar adds a perfect touch for evening gatherings, while the dining area provides a welcoming space for shared meals and conversation.

Other Things to Note:

Pool & Spa Heating: The pool is heated for free using a heat pump, but it may be less effective when overnight temperatures drop below 50°F. For guaranteed consistent heat during colder months, propane is available for $100/night with 48-hour notice. For spa-only, the fee is $50/night .



Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.



We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party Policy. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.



Property is equipped with a Ring doorbell as well as front facing security cameras at each corner of the home and back yard acces used to monitor real occupancy and for emergency purposes only.



Properties also includes a Minut noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).



Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.



Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
