Apollo's Rest Home Away

Experience spectacular water views from every window and a true luxury experience in the heart of Apollo Bay. Sleeping up to six guests, Apollo's Rest offers a rich, restorative space curated with your comfort in mind. A fully equipped kitchen awaits the home chef, whilst the garden by the ocean calls those looking to get back to nature. Two large baths, WiFi and an indoor fireplace settle you into your accommodation as you get ready to explore the delights of Bruny Island!

This beautiful home has been clad in macrocarpa pine and is situated on a sloping hill, with large windows offering stunning water views from all rooms.

The central living area and kitchen are open plan and have been styled in a neutral palette with comfortable, plush couches and a dining table for meals. At night, watch the flickering firelight inside in front of the newly installed fireplace, or outside around the fire. The kitchen offers a large stove and oven, a coffee machine, Tasmanian oak bench tops, stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for your use.

Bamboo flooring throughout the home extends out to the gorgeous deck which can also be accessed through the Master suite which has a comfortable King bed. The private bathroom includes a walk in shower and a free standing bath positioned right under a window!

The second and third bedrooms are also blessed with incredible views and have built in wardrobes. One bedroom houses a King which can also be converted to singles upon request, and the other bedroom has a Queen bed.

This property is home to abundant wildlife including wallabies, quolls and possums and has been extensively landscaped. The surrounding gum trees provide a peaceful retreat for families or couples looking for a very special getaway.

Laundry facilities include a washing machine and dryer, and a BBQ grill is available to use on the deck overlooking the D'Entrecasteux channel above the gardens.

Please note, the 2 green gold out couches are only for extra guests on the booking over 6.

Fantastic location, views were sensational. The house was great, spacious, clean and well appointed. The space on the outside of property provided privacy and peace/quiet and the beach was easily access from bottom of property. 10 out of 10 for us.

We just spent the last 3 nights here and had the best time. We bought bread from the bread fridge and honey from the honey shop and had so many nights just relaxed with a fire playing board games. The view cannot be beaten. The house is perfection and felt like a home away from home… with a much better view. There were paddymelons all around as well which had my kids so happy!

Great property and the views were amazing, definitely would recommend to others and have a longer stay next time.There were a few little things that we feel could have been done better.Broken Chair left around the deck, blinds don't work and broken ones. Fireplace was obviously recently used and no smaller kindling left to start the fire with, but plenty of wood to cut up.There are TV ports in the main dinning area and bedroom but no TV which would be great when the weather is not good.
