The property is a haven for Bruny Island wildlife - take your torches and do a night walk!
Off Grid Information:

There are six kilowatts of solar panels on the roof of the main building, connected to two 4-kilowatt lithium batteries. In the kitchen, the timber island bench incorporates a cooktop and compact oven. The heart of the house is the Rayburn multi-function slow combustion stove providing cooking, hot water and hydronic heating. It is connected to a 380 litre hot water cylinder. Three tanks hold 35,000 litres of rainwater storage for all the buildings.
