Salt air drifts through wraparound porches as waves roll in nearby, setting an easy rhythm for days spent between beach time and relaxed evenings indoors. Mornings bring soft coastal light and the chance to spot dolphins offshore, while cooler winter breezes make porch seating and open windows especially inviting along Crescent Beach.

Setting and layout
This entire home sits just south of St. Augustine in Crescent Beach and spans three levels, all accessible by elevator. The top floor is designed for gathering, with an open living area that flows out to a wraparound porch oriented toward the ocean. Partial ocean views, steady sea breezes, and plenty of space to spread out make this level a natural hub throughout the day. A convenient powder room is also located on this floor.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your own meals and connects easily to the dining area and living space. With generous counters, double ovens, and everyday appliances, it works well for shared breakfasts before the beach or unhurried dinners after a day exploring the coast.

Sleeping arrangements
Bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged across the home to give everyone a comfortable place to settle in. The second floor hosts three bedrooms, including a primary suite with a king bed, cable TV, ample closet space, and an en-suite bathroom, along with direct access to a private porch. Another bedroom on this level features a queen bed and TV, while a third includes a twin daybed with a trundle and its own bathroom.
On the ground floor, a bunk room offers multiple bunk beds with trundles and opens to a covered patio, making it a favorite for younger guests. A fifth bedroom with a queen bed is also located on this level, along with a shared full bathroom.

Recreation and outdoor features
The garage doubles as a game room with a ping pong table, while a foosball table adds another option for indoor fun. An outdoor shower makes rinsing off after the beach easy, and the home for your coastal outings. Beach access is just one block away and includes vehicle drive-on access, simplifying trips to and from the shoreline.

Comfort, access, and safety
You’ll have Wi-Fi, HDTV, washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans throughout the home. Self check-in is available via keypad. For transparency and comfort, the property uses a noise decibel monitor to help maintain quiet hours, and an exterior security camera is positioned only at the entry lock. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, along with other standard safety features, are in place.

Location and notes
Local restaurants and shops are a short drive away, and historic downtown St. Augustine is about 15 minutes from the house. This home is Dog Friendly with pre-approval and additional fees.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
