Comfy beds, plenty of games for the kids, great location for game day weekends at UT with the family. Comfortable for 5 adults and 3 kids.

Great stay. House was very clean and well stocked. The beds are comfortable and the linens and towels were new. The den had plenty of comfortable seating area. Tasteful decorations. We enjoyed the fire pit after the game.

House was so comfy and well equipped. Only downer was location just outside of Knoxville where it seems like every road is currently under construction....not their fault, but it was unfortunate.

Impressed by the cleanliness of the house, fully stocked kitchen with quality appliances and equipment. Very impressed with the comfort of the beds and quality of linens and towels. Very easy access to the highway, downtown Knoxville, and the airport.

There was a musty smell throughout the house and the canister of air freshener in the back bathroom was faux... not what you want when you're sharing a bathroom. The traffic noise from the highway was a lot and literally an explosion from the construction rocked the house on the final day of our visit (obviously outside the owner's control). The house, though, worked great for our gathering of three couples. Another half bath would have been fabulous, but c'est la vie. We loved the privacy and the fire pit area. The living room was big enough for us all to hang out while the kichen table allowed us to gather for games plus the twin bedroom worked well for my husband to work during the trip without being disturbed. Would stay here again now that we know about the traffic, smell situation.

Perfect Wedding Week

Best week ever our daughter got married over the weekend and the location of this property was convenient to everything we participated in this week. The house was stocked as if it was my home from the four slice toaster to the cabinets filled with everything one could possibly need. The cleanliness was excellent. And the washer dryer came in handy. Thank you we will be back

Great birthday celebration

Our family stayed for our daughter's 21st birthday celebration. The house is well laid out, tons of space, great outdoor patio with fire pit. Yes, you can hear the highway - but not inside or at night. Location is perfect if you have anyone attending UTK. Our family had a great time visiting, playing ping pong, games and just spending time together.

Great spot close to Campus/Downtown Knox

Had a wonderful time at this location. Loved being hidden in the trees, but a quick drive to campus or downtown Knoxville. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Week stay

Me and 3 other guys had a week stay in Knoxville for a golf tournament. We kind of guessed on a VRBO that seemed close to the course. We were shocked and caught off guard on how much we loved this place. It’s super quiet, up in some trees, 5 minutes from Knoxville campus. If you’re ever in Knoxville and need a place to stay for the weekend or week, I HIGHLY recommend this one. This is coming from someone who stays in 30 different ones per year too. Jonathan went out of his way to assist us, the beds were great, had kitchen utensils, we cooked. Just awesome place, thanks Jonathan!

Beautiful place!

We loved the home. It is immaculately clean and was very convenient to Knoxville. It did not feel like we were in the city. It was a piece of East TN Heaven.

Home away from home.

My family and I were very pleased with flowing process of staying here. The property is tucked away in a wooded area but by the city. Quick and comfortable. Excellent stay!
