As you drive up to the house, this may look like a regular barn at first. But as soon as you walk in, modern and bright touches catch your eye. The open concept layout of this space paired with high ceilings allow plenty of natural light to pool in. The living room is complete with a comfortable sofa and two beautiful leather chairs, perfect for large groups. Watch a movie on the large flatscreen television or just spend an evening cozying around the fireplace. Guests are sure to appreciate the stunning wood flooring throughout the living, kitchen, and dining rooms making for a warm and inviting space. With a spacious island, this kitchen is ideal for gathering and preparing favorites. With sleek, modern finishes, an undermount farmhouse sink, walk-in pantry, and coffee bar, this kitchen will make you want to take it home with you! This space is complete with a french door refrigerator, cooktop, stove, and dishwasher. Guests can take a seat at the kitchen island or sit down for a meal at the dining table just off the kitchen. The space is framed by large picture windows, so you won’t miss a second of the beautiful Hill Country view! A lovely writing desk is featured in this space as well.
