Located in the North wing, this condo has a partial ocean View from the balcony. The main floor features the living area with a wall of glass windows and doors that open to the balcony with partial view to the ocean, the dining area, kitchen, and the half bath. Renovations include plank tile flooring throughout the main floor living, dining and kitchen areas, new furnishings, new kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops. The dining table has seating for 6. Downstairs features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with double sink vanity. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, and bedroom 2 has a bunk with single bed on the top, a double bed on the bottom and a single trundle. For additional sleeping, there is a sleeper sofa in the living area.

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
