The pool is open but other amenities such as the clubhouse and hot tub are not available as of Oct 2, 2025.

All new flooring, updated full size bath, new solid surface kitchen with upgraded cabinetry. New range and refrigerator. Fully stocked kitchen with all dishes, utensils and pots and pans. This condo does not have a dishwasher. There is no icemaker but there are ice trays. New furnishings throughout. Washer and dryer are in the bathroom. Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $70, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

Please note there is no phone in this condo. Free high speed internet and HD television. It is an easy walk to beach from Madeira Beach Yacht Club. Property is just a short walk to the beautiful Gulf beaches.

This condo association requires the formality of application for approval at least 14 days prior to arrival along with $100 fee for every booking. This fee is non-refundable. Applications not completed by guest and returned to us within 4 days of booking, will result in booking being cancelled. You will be required to complete this paperwork prior to confirmation of booking. This fee is included in your AirBnB pricing.
