Celebrate your successes and good times together at the Dapper Duck Residence with up to a dozen fellow water foul, each with room to spread their wings on 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Full, and 3 Sofa beds (all queen-sized).

We are on a mission to provide quality for our guests. If you have questions prior to your trip, we are happy to help you 7 days a week. During your stay, we will be available 24/7 to answer any questions or issues. We have a team of people waiting to handle any issues that may come up.

Cruise about at nearby local-favorite dining spots or further afield with easy highway access to downtown, the beaches, and beyond.

Please understand, we are in close proximity to open fields & desert areas. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to: raccoon, skunk, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, bugs, roaches, rolly pollies, and silver fish to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control mother nature, and therefore, do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.

You will have access to the full home and grounds.

Cleanse your troubles like water off a duck's back at our refreshing pool (no spa yet) with a fully enclosed screen patio and views of the pond; should you need to bring some work with you, we have set up a quiet workspace for some productive procrastination.

Recently renovated Mandarin neighborhood home with modern fixtures, contemporary accommodations, and plush furnishings for your comfort and enjoyment, all within a generously-windowed home for maximizing natural lighting.

Though we aim to maintain the heated pools (check listing page to confirm if this listing includes a heated or unheated pool) at 87°F (for ambient temperatures above 70°F), please note that we can not guarantee pool temperatures; a heated pool does not imply that the pool will feel hot to touch, as weather and subjective perception vary. Likewise, the spa (if offered at this listing) is typically inoperable during freezing temperatures. Should you require any further assistance with the pool or its operation, feel free to message me.
