Welcome to your Jacksonville getaway! This stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in the heart of San Marco is just 10 minutes from Jaguars Stadium and close to vibrant cafes, parks, and boutiques. Ideal for families, couples, groups, or long-term stays, this home combines comfort, charm, and resort-style amenities.

Step inside:
• Vaulted ceilings, cozy fireplace, and sunlit open layout
• Fully equipped chef’s kitchen with granite counters & breakfast nook
• Plush linens in tranquil bedrooms for a restful night’s sleep

Step outside:
• Pool Heating: $100 per stay for short visits (≤4 nights). For longer stays or winter months: $50 setup + $12/night, or $200 flat. Please request at least 48 hours in advance.

Communication with the host was excellent from the start, and continued throughout our stay. When there was minor confusion about the WiFi password, Hannah made sure it was quickly and easily straightened out. That's great hosting!The cottage itself is charming. Our family of 5 had a fantastic long weekend: our kid loved the bunkbed, we appreciated the washer/dryer, and we ALL enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Would absolutely stay again.

Great house and neighborhood within short walking distance to San Marco’s restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed the pool and patio set up. The furnishings are nice and beds were comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is conveniently located close to San Marco Square and other nearby businesses. Easy walking distance if you are not looking drive a whole lot. This is an ideal place for adults looking for 2 bedrooms. The third bedroom has bunkbeds but you need to cross through this room to go to laundry room and out the back door. May also work for children but I would not recommend for adults if looking for privacy. The place itself is clean and well kept. It has nice upgrades and definitely comfortable and cozy. The pool/hot tub is a nice amenity but controlled centrally. The hot tub heater turned off early the first night and was a struggle to keep on our second night. The pool jets and hot tub are intertwined and not easily controlled. Planning in advance is recommended by the host but not ideal for guests that don't plan their trip that way. This was disappointing for us since we booked this property for those amenities.

6 of us and a dog stayed at this lovely house! It’s absolutely beautiful in a nice quiet neighborhood but close enough to enjoy the restaurants and ambiance of Jacksonville. 10/10 recommend!

This property was very well stocked & the best supplied as far as utensils and other items that we’ve ever had at a VBRO. The manager was very, very responsive and wanted to make absolutely sure our stay was perfect. The neighborhood was perfectly situated to grocery stores and nice restaurants. Parking was very easy at the property. I would definitely stay again. A very special call out to the property manager for making our stay so special. And a thanks to the cleaning crew for keeping the place spotless when we got there.

Clean and comfortable

Lovely home which was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space to relax for a large group or family. Nice quiet neighborhood and convenient location for restaurants, groceries, shops, and museums. Only 20 minutes from the airport.

Great locale, close to everything, cozy!

Went for a commencement at UNF. Excellent spot! Close to so much within walking distance. Pet friendly and so was the neighborhood. Plenty of room for 6 of us + a Frenchie 🐾

Cozy cottage

The San Marco house suited all our needs. Walking distance to Starbucks and shops. Easy drive to ferry for Jags game. Would be very close to children’s hospital and downtown. The house is small but comfortable and clean. I very much enjoyed being able to walk a few miles each morning in safe surrounding neighborhood. Didn’t get a 5 star rating only because I was unaware to warm the pool in winter meant drain the hottub. Thus you couldn’t have both. Of course this wouldn’t be an issue in summer months. :) altogether a very enjoyable stay.
