Wonderful Stay

We had a great time at the cabin. The views were beautiful. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. We had 4 adults in the cabin and there was plenty of room to gather or relax. Owner checked in to make sure everything was ok and if there was anything else we needed. We would absolutely stay there again and recommend the cabin to family and friends.

Dream Vacation!

Where to begin!!! The view, the extremely well appointed cabin, the lake, the accommodating & attentive host....just a fabulous spot. Our entire gang aged 6 to 62 voted it our best family getaway spot ever! The cabin has virtually everything you need and more for a first class stay. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped. The beds were great. The deck was absolutely perfect for group gatherings and game sessions. We'll be back! Thanks again for everything Chad!

Below expectations

Beautiful view, rustic but beautiful style. Unhealthy upkeep. Examples: non-working exhaust fan in bathroom. Coffee , condiments and spices 3-5 years past their sell by date. Required to take trash and garbage in car to trash facility 25 minutes away. Non-working TV. We would have never stayed there had we known.

Amazing Getaway with Friends

Wow what an amazing getaway. Chad was one of the best owners we have ever rented from with VRBO in over 15 years. The cabin is very clean, comfortable and the views of the sunset on the water are to die for. Thanks chad for checking in on us and making sure we were prepared. It made our short getaway so enjoyable!!! We will be back

Wonderful relaxing stay!

We had a great time at Chad‘s log cabin. The place was beautiful, very clean and well appointed that kitchen was well stocked with equipment and spaces. We sat out on the balcony every day enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. We saw deer every day as we were driving to, and from the log cabin. It is about a 20 to 30 minute drive to Coeur d’Alene or Harrison, but well worth it for the beautiful setting . It was close enough that we could go into town to rent kayaks or bikes or go for a hike or go to a restaurant. Chad was super attentive, checking in with us if we needed anything . Would love to stay here again.

Beautiful log cabin, right on the lake with a beautiful view from the balcony. Very clean and well appointed inside. Well-stocked kitchen with equipment and spices. Chad was very attentive to any questions that we had would stay here again!

Beautiful mountain retreat

We had a wonderful, relaxing time at the Pineridge property. It was close enough to downtown Coeur d'Alene to go in for groceries and dining but remote enough for peace and quiet. The home was spotless, the fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cook and the beds were super comfortable. It exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay again.

Amazing cabin with lake views

So grateful to Ashlyn for allowing our family of four enjoy her gorgeous cabin on Lake CDA. Our favorite moments were morning coffee on the deck overlooking the water and boating on the lake. We were close to all activities and only a 20-25 min scenic drive into town with lots of deer sitings. The house was perfectly clean and my boys loved their queen beds downstairs apart from our King bed at the top of the home. I highly recommend this home for a wonderful, peaceful and fun getaway!

Great place to stay. Got to do all the sites in town and plenty of time at the little beach down the hill. Was worried about not having AC but it was 95 and stayed plenty cool in the house.

Tranquility vacationing

We had such an awesome family time together the week we stayed! With four kids and four very different personalities, there was something for everyone. Between the water trampoline, water toys, nature, amazing sunsets and hiking - we didn’t want to leave. Great accommodations - it’s perfect! We would like to come back!

Gotham Bay Lake House

Wonderful log cabin style lake house with incredible views. Top of the line appliances in kitchen and laundry room. Well kept home with two deck levels including large wrap around deck on the main floor. Great sunsets from the deck. Nice docks and private beach for swimming. Loop road where property is located is a beautiful morning nature walk. Very much enjoyed our stay. Very EZ to communicate with the owner, who is delightful. Karl, Dawn and Friends. Aug 2022

Respite and beauty!

This property and cabin is a true gem! Theonly surprise you’ll find is that seeing it in person more than meets expectations from online pictures. Home is clean, well appointed and property and views are amazing. Although we have friends and family in the area- we treated ourselves to a proper vacation and getaway from it all. Well worth it!!!

Great Spot

This lake house was beautiful and had everything we needed. If you are looking to hang out on the beach with your family, the property "members" beach is much to be desired. We walked down and were greatly disappointed, we headed somewhere else. The internet is sketchy, which is how the TV is run, but they have plenty of old DVDs to view in lieu of streaming and plenty of games to play with your family.

Super house with incredible view

The house is great. A log cabin, not a kit but a real stick built cabin. Great view, the porch overlooking the lake is magnificent. 3 family guys celebrating one of our retirements from work. 30 minutes from downtown Coeur D' Alene which is great, 20 minutes from Harrison and worth visiting. The house had everything we needed. The owner/host is very good, communitive, and wants you to have a great time and respect the property. We had a great time. Hiking nearby is great. We got a boat rental downtown Coeur D'Alene for 4 hours and lots of fun. The cabin has a nice kitchen, very well equipped and a gas grill on the porch. again, everything is very nice Kerry , Austin Texas

Great Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Harrison just outside CDA. The home was beautiful, clean, very comfortable and Ashlyn was an extremely responsive host. The location not too far outside of CDA was perfect for a relaxing getaway! We enjoyed the neighborhood association beach and swimming area, we met several neighbors who were all very kind and welcoming. We rented paddleboards and had them conveniently delivered to the association dock. We also enjoyed some time in CDA proper would highly recommend the sunset dinner boat cruise! If you are looking for a more low key authentically Idaho then head into Harrison where there are a few cute shops, a couple of restaurants and some great ice cream! And in the evenings or early morning hours keep your eye out as we saw deer almost daily in the neighborhood! Not sure when we New Englanders will make it back to Idaho but we would certainly stay at Ashlyn's home again!

Gorgeous lake view cabin

This two story cabin is perched on the mountainside with breathtaking lake views. The log cabin was well equipped with updated appliances, tv, washer/dryer, etc…. Great location for Gozzer Ranch overflow. Every morning I enjoyed my coffee on the deck enjoying the lake view and evening sun set a magical summer tone. I would return to this cabin without question.

Peace and tranquility

We stayed for a little under 3 weeks in September and had a wonderful time. The house seems very spacious and welcoming and it was nice to have a kitchen stocked with all the cooking pans and appliances you would need. I view from the deck is spectacular and the sunsets are stunning. I spent every morning drinking my coffee on the deck, and my evenings after dinner fishing off the dock watching the sunsets. I caught some small mouth bass almost every night and released them back so maybe it was the same fish, haha. The neighbors are very nice too. I had several communications with the owner who was very nice and even checking in on me during my stay since there were fires in Washington and smoke in Idaho area. Like others have said, it is a ways from town on a winding road but that what I was looking for, a peaceful place to relax and this was the spot. I would book the house again in a heartbeat.
