This SPECTACULAR 4 bedroom condo on the second level really offers a perfect getaway for the entire family. Being right on the water and only steps away from the Crystal Clear Blue waters and Snow White sand, you will feel like you have entered paradise! FREE PARKING AND FREE WIFI!!! Bella Riva 108 will truly take your breath away with it's STUNNING panoramic views from the living room all the way to the second bedroom. Being one of the newest condominiums on the island, this is what VACATION is all about! Sleeping up to 10, everyone will be able to relax in this spacious unit! Spanning over 2,000 square feet, this spacious rental provides ample room for each guest to unpack and unwind. Free wireless internet and smart TV's throughout mean everyone stays entertained and happy. The master and second bathrooms include a walk-in shower as well as a garden tub and each bathroom is adorned with marble countertops. Relax on the extra large balcony before going out on the town at some great places like Old Bay Steamer or Stewby's, conveniently located on the Island! Feel like staying in? Show off your culinary skills in the gorgeous kitchen, furnished with stainless steel appliances and MARBLE countertops! With 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, there is enough room for everyone. Plenty of seating on the balcony allows for dolphin watching or just bask in the sunshine. Who doesn't love the Florida sunshine?! Dream Vacation Spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is top of the line. Nine family members stayed here comfortably. The condo was decorated nicely and was very clean. The beds were comfortable and they supplied plenty of towels. (You need to provide your own beach towels) It has a very large couch which was nice when we wanted to hang out at night. It has a double patio with lots of areas to sit and enjoy the view. The clothes rack on the back porch was great for wet swimsuits. We stayed on the beach all morning and were at the pool all afternoon. Two beach chairs and an umbrella were included which was very nice. The master bath was huge and had a fabulous shower. This condo is close to many good restaurants and activities. We enjoyed our stay so much that we already booked for next year! I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful family home away from home

Lovely view and sound of surf from the balcony. Prompt fix of minor issues ON CHRISTMAS EVE no less. Clean comfortable and roomy enough we even had room for the baby's pack and play (we brought our own) in a closet off the master suite.

The bedrooms were quiet with others mingling around the condo. Access to the beach was easy! We liked the cozy complex. The grounds were not large, but that is what we like. The pool was clean with adequate chairs. There were a few appliance issues with the washer but were resolved quickly. Overall we would definitely stay there again!

Gorgeous Family Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was a lot to love about this place! Two masters with ocean front views AND the living room had a gorgeous ocean view as well! Condo went to new owners who are going to make some improvements so I won’t speak to the suggestions we made except that those things did not make us regret booking this beautifully furnished and well- located condo! Shorey and Brooks were very responsive and had a small town feel with professionalism which I appreciated. Great patio, pool, hot tub, parking was fine for our three cars, everything including Destin (during off season) that we wanted to go to was only 7-18 minutes away. They had a wine fridge and pull out pantry shelves and laundry baskets...it was the little things like that that made our stay that extra bit more comfortable! And the view. Did I mention the view?! Fountains in the pool would be nice to be able to have on a timer so pool goers could use if there but would otherwise be off so one could hear the nearby waves. The kids loved them though and were a nice touch!

It was 4 minutes before closing on Sunday and our family had just drove 10 hours to find our other place was double booked. No problem for Brooks and Shorey to get us in a much better place for less money. I will forever be grateful for the Reservation Team for helping us in our time of need. The property was so nice and beautiful, we all were shocked how much nicer it was than the other vacation home. Thank you Brooks and Shorey Resorts!

The bunk room is great for the kiddos. We loved grilling on the balcony! The unit is exactly as described, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The kids loved the Sonic ice maker!! :) We have been coming to Fort Walton for 10 years now and can't wait to come back!

Happy just not real clean

There was food left on the floor under the sofa and food and paper in between the cushion of the couch! The ice maker was nasty and could not be used. Some of the cups in the cabinet had not been washed had coffee in them.

Could have been cleaner

The condo was beautiful, loved the layout and location. But could have been cleaner than it was when we checked in. Also, the condo wasn’t ready until after 6:00 p.m.

The unit has a huge fridge, it made it so much easier to store all of our groceries. The gas stove is also huge which is great. We loved being able to grill out on our patio! We had several people asking us what we were cooking from the pool. The beach was amazing, and the umbrella/chair guy was exceptional.The rental company were very helpful and polite. We only had a few issues with the unit. We did not like that the kids room is right by the front door, but that is a minor issue. One of the top bunks in the kids rooms was very unsturdy. The top bar was missing a screw. All of the mattresses in the bedrooms were very uncomfortable. The extra ice machine in the unit was very dirty and we could not use. It would be great to have a bridge from the pool to the beach instead of steps. It was very hard to carry everything out to the beach, we would have liked to be able to use our wagon to pull out to the beach.
