A Perfect Retreat

This home is the perfect space for anyone looking for a serene escape in Colorado. The host is wonderful and the space is the perfect size for a getaway. I spent many hours on the patio watching the deer, listening to the birds and witnessing breathtaking sunsets over the mountains. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Wonderful, peaceful, and conveniently located!

I stayed here while attending a horse clinic in Kiowa. Perfectly appointed and peaceful retreat with amazing views of deer throughout the day. I was lucky to see a newborn fawn and momma hanging out for several days. Thank your for such a perfect place!

Quiet and comfortable

We loved this place for our 3 night stay. The studio is very clean and comfortable. It’s spacious with a comfortable bed, soft blankets and cozy living space. There is plenty of space, a great shower head and delicious coffee options for the Keurig. Thank you for a restful place.

Fabulous Studio

Beautiful studio in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. Our host, Carol, was kind and very helpful. The studio is comfortable and has all amenities needed for a short stay. We enjoyed watching the deer and loved listening to the turkeys while sitting on the patio outside.

Quiet and comfortable

This beautiful studio is very comfortable and in a peaceful, quiet location. We saw deer on our morning walks throughout the Pinery neighborhood. The bed is comfortable—firm with lovely bedding. The shower has good water pressure and a nice shower head. The kitchenette provides yummy coffee and tea selections and snack bars. We would stay here again.

Disappointed in my stay. Ants in kitchenette area. Blankets didn’t feel clean. Will not rent downstairs unit again as it did not feel very private and was afraid of disturbing the upstairs occupant as I could hear them from downstairs.

Top-notch amenities. Best night's sleep away from home.

This little studio has everything you want and then some. I slept SOOOOOOO well here, and had the most perfect quiet and serene mornings. Very clean, well appointed, and very thoughtful touches that make you feel like you are truly someone's guest. There's such a great energy in this place, I felt very relaxed and peaceful to be here. My greatest concern about traveling is how it affects my quality of sleep. I have come to expect that when I'm away I'll probably need a few extra days to recover from my trip. Not the case. I returned home exceptionally well-rested and hit the ground running. Thanks for making this a top-notch experience and very relaxing. I'm so happy I found this place and will absolutely reserve again for all my future trips to Parker. My new home away from home. :) Thank you!

Clean, great location, great wildlife

Location was easy to access, great location for our needs. Beautiful natural meadow with deer, fawns, and turkey. Each morning and evening brought a new vision of wildlife resting by a copse of bushes.Unit was super clean and cute. The small office was a nice feature as I found myself having to attend to some work.Easy to access the property. If you are unsteady on your feet or mildly challenged with walking, the pathway may be challenging as it seems unfinished with a mixture of unfixed flagstone 1/3 of the way down and pea gravel. There are no steps but older folk may not want to drag rolling luggage down the grade with mixed flagstone, gravel and the unevenness of the path. We navigated it fine, and once they finish the path I believe it will be easily navigated by just about everyone.Pros: location, cleanliness, well appointed, bed is great, wildlife, very quiet.Cons: path needs finishingAll in all, we’d rate it 4 3/4 stars! But the ratings wouldn’t let us pick that choice.
