Welcome to this Modern One Bedroom, located a couple minutes from the Denver Tech Center, State Parks and more, making this a perfect location for your Colorado vacation or work traveling needs.
Upon entry into the space, you'll be greeted with a large, open space. You'll find a comfortable sofa, cozy fireplace and big screen tv. Kick up your feet and enjoy the fire with a glass of wine or hot cup of tea after a long day exploring or working. This space has dining for 4 and boasts the open kitchen for easy entertaining or gathering. Head into the kitchen and find a well stocked kitchen. The bedroom offers a luxury queen mattress, comfortable linens for a good nights sleep, as we value comfortable mattresses and linens. The bedroom is also where you'll find the office work space, comfortable enough for remote working needs. The bathroom has a tub and shower combo and there is private laundry in the unit.
