Great space for us! We had 3 adults, a teenager and a preteen and it fit us great. Very clean, host was super friendly and it was a great location! We had some questions after we arrived and the host was super helpful. I very much recommend staying here to anyone who is looking to stay in the Lead/Deadwood area!!!

Felt like home!

Our Lead condo was the perfect space for us to spend some quality time with my parents and children for our vacation to South Dakota. We chose Lead for the 4th of July Gold Camp Jubilee. We were walking distance to the fireworks and festival grounds. We loved visiting Dakota Shivers Brewing across the street and driving to the unique neighboring town Deadwood, only a few minutes away. Our condo felt like home, we were able to cook our meals and relax at the end of our days. It’s about an hour from the Rapid City attractions so overall not too bad if you plan your sightseeing days accordingly. We would stay again!

The condo we had for five nights worked out very good for our family. It was very clean and exactly as described. A lot of room in the living room area and the kitchen had everything except a colander…Lol! Convenient location a few miles from Deadwood. It was quieter area too after long busy days. The price was very good for what we needed.

Not Clean!

This place was disappointing. They do a terrible job cleaning. The refrigerator drawers were dirty. There was hair on the floors. The chandelier over the counter has not been dusted for ever. There are very minimal dishes and cookware. Our unit was missing the cord for the electric griddle. The manager brought us an old dirty griddle to use. The manager here is rude and should not talk to guests the way he does. I would recommend staying somewhere else.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to clarify the following: - The condo was personally cleaned by the homeowner before your arrival, including the chandelier and the light above the kitchen sink. - The refrigerator drawers were wiped down prior to your stay. - When notified about the missing cord for the griddle, the homeowner brought up a different griddle that had been cleaned beforehand. - The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils and cookware.We have worked very hard to provide a clean and comfortable place for guests to enjoy and will continue to do all we can to provide the best possible stay for our guests!
