Craigies Cabin

Craigies Cabin is located at the Kangaroo Valley Country Club and Resort just a few minutes drive from Kangaroo Valley Village. The cabin is a great location for golfers or also those just looking to explore the area. It is also a great spot for guests attending weddings with easy bus pick up from the golf course.
The cabin has a queen bedroom and the open plan living area has a comfy lounge and a smart TV. The lounge also folds out to a double sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove, microwave and refrigerator for those wanting to prepare a meals and also has a 4 seater dining table.
Guests can also relax in the bath in the bathroom after a round of golf.
Guest's comfort is assured year round with ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning.
From the deck, guests can enjoy the view from the outdoor setting or cook a meal on the gas BBQ.
Guests are also welcome to enjoy the facilities of the resort including the golf course (fees apply), swimming pool, tennis court, giant chess set and volleyball court.
The Osteria La Vallata Italian restaurant located at the Country Club is also open Thursday - Sunday and is only a short walk from the cabin.
Please note that while Craigies Cabin will accept 1 night bookings, it is at a higher nightly rate. To get the best rate book 2 or more nights.

Relaxing, peaceful, in the golf course with abundant wildlife. King Parrot greeted us when we lounged outside on the deck. Wombat visited in the evenings and an abundance of grey kangaroos. Very picturesque setting. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay immensely.

We had a delightful and relaxing stay at the Beau cabin. The location is breathtaking as the cabin is tucked away in the beautiful Kangaroo Valley Golf Resort. The wildlife was great with plenty of Kangaroos in sight. The cabin was cosy and perfect for a relaxing and refreshing getaway. The only downside (maybe) was that there's no wifi with a fluctuating mobile network.

Short getaway

Our kids loved the pool and tennis court. We enjoyed the quiet surroundings and plenty of wildlife. We had a very hot day and the aircon could have been better.

Wildlife Galore!

A quaint little cabin on a beautiful golf course. We loved having the roos, wombats, possums and kookaburras literally on our doorstep. The cabin was perfect for our family of 4. The kids enjoyed sleeping on the pull-out sofa in front of the tv! Close to loads of activities, including Kangaroo Valley town, Fitzroy Falls and the campsite where lots of wombats live!

Lots of wildlife, well located, very comfortable, but unfortunately what let it down was the terrible lighting. Couldn’t read by it or knit by it. Think you really need much better lighting.

We arrived at the cabin on a 36 degree day, to a cabin that was well over 40 degrees inside!! It took a few hours to cool the cabin to a temp that allowed us to be inside. General cleanliness was OK, but the freezer isn't clean and there is mold in the fridge and its seals. The ceiling fan is also desperately in need of a clean.Although stocked with tea and coffee, without any milk, a cuppa wasn't possible.The location was fine and central, very peaceful and pleasant.The verandah also needs to have a lot of wasps nests removed that are all around the front door.

The pull out couch bed was filthy. Oven wasn't checked as filthy trays. No point having a tv with only one channel coming up, not that mattered too much but of we brought the kids, it would off.Grounds lovely

Thanks for your review and glad that you enjoyed the grounds of the golf course. Apologies if the pull out sofa bed was dirty. Presumably a previous guest left it this way and the cleaners would not generally pull out the sofa bed to check it before a guest arrives. We have asked them to check this on their next visit as well as the oven. We hope that we can welcome you back in the future.
