This newly renovated two bedroom/ two bathroom villa is located at the spectacular Kangaroo Valley Golf & Country Retreat. Whether you are are planning a romantic getaway, a family escape or a golfing holiday Owl House is the perfect destination.

The newly built large covered veranda overlooks the golf course and you can also see the mountains beyond. There is an outdoor lounge and dining area complete with a gas BBQ. There is also a firepit located in front of the villa where guests can roast some marshmallows with the kids or enjoy a glass of wine while looking at the stars.

Inside the spacious open plan living area comes complete with a slow combustion wood fire. There is also reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the property so your comfort is assured year round.

For those looking to prepare meals there is a fully equipped kitchen and inside dining area. If you prefer to eat out there is the fantastic Osteria La Vallatta Italian restaurant located at the golf club and only a few minutes walk from the villa. There are also more dining options available in Kangaroo Valley village which is just a 5 minute drive away.

The master bedroom has a comfy Queen size bed and a newly renovated ensuite. The second bedroom has two king singles and the main bathroom is also newly renovated.

As well as the restaurant guests also have access to the other facilities the country club has to offer including the swimming pool which is right next door, tennis courts, volleyball, giant chess and of course the picturesque golf course.

Please note that a limited supply of firewood is provided for each booking. If additional firewood is required this can be purchased in the village.
