Lovely quiet location in Newmarket Ont

A lovely home for our family to relax in during our get together this early summer. We, my wife and myself had travelled by car from Nova Scotia to Ontario, while our daughter and two grandsons had flown in from British Columbia for a holiday. Canada's Wonderland was the primary reason for this trip and was very easy to get there and home again without any major traffic problems. This home was close to major roads in Newmarket, but situated on a quiet cul-de-sac. Lots of shopping neaby. Inside, on the main level there was a large living room, a dining room, kitchen and a half bath. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with twin beds, also a full bathroom. In the basement was a games room and laundry facilities. Out side there is a large deck with a barbeque and the use of a double garage. Quite a bargain, considering what hotel/motels would have cost. Would we consider staying here again, you betcha!

Location! Location! Location!

The house was very nice, and the backyard was amazing! Huge trees surrounded the garden, and the patio set on the deck allowed us to enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of the area. One night, we had the chance to have a BBQ dinner with my sons to complete my visit to Canada. The house has everything you need and is conveniently located with perfect access to major highways and shopping centers. The house was clean and the host was helpfully able to answer my questions when I came in. I will definitely book it on my next trip.

Great stay!

Very much enjoyed the stay. Great location. Home was as presented in the listing. Clean and well kept. Alex was easy to communicate with, very responsive. Would stay there again! Thank you Alex for making our stay there enjoyable!

Pet friendly home

Nice accommodations - clean and presentable. Garage space for your vehicles was very nice. Sofas and beds could have been softer. For long term renters, having a dresser to store your folded items would be a nice touch. Nicely equipped kitchen, very pet friendly backyard (especially safe for smaller dogs like ours). Wish the backyard was prepared for guests arrival - grass was over a ft. long and told we had to cut it ourselves ( lawnmower provided), as well as deal with a wasp nest right on the deck. Other than that we appreciated having a comfortable place. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable for a family

We had a lovely quiet stay that we could bring the whole family to, including the dog. Everything that was stated in the description was there. Communication with Mary was very easy. We would absolutely stay again.

Family vacation to the GTA

Our family had a great time visiting the Toronto area. This home was a wonderful place to return to after a busy day downtown. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We had one little mixup with a bedroom being locked but the owner responded quickly and we were able to locate the key. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home!

My wife and I, and the two dogs, really enjoyed this wonderful home! It was everything that was listed and pictured. Mary was easy to reach and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We found the town of Newmarket very friendly and having a really wonderful downtown. We did have an emergency with one of our dogs which required us to leave for home earlier then expected. If you ever need a local vet, try Quaker Animal Hospital. The staff was super during our emergency. We (humans and pups) look forward to coming back to continue our vacation when the opportunity arises.
