Offering a relaxing back patio featuring a patio table with umbrella and seating so you can enjoy your morning coffee. You will also have access to use the bbq grill so you can enjoy delicious meals the whole family can enjoy.

Located in Kissimmee, FL, in the Compass Bay gated community just minutes to Walt Disney World. Compass Bay's clubhouse offers great amenities such as an outdoor community heated pool, cabanas and gazebos, a children's playground, walking trails, picnic areas, minutes to golf, shopping and dining.

Communication breakdown

Property has some cleanliness/maintenance issues. Property has ants in the kitchen and all the bathrooms. Bathtub in master bedroom is clogged, never drained after first shower. TVs are confusing and difficult to operate, no instructions. Problems were addressed with management company without any resolution. We will not stay here again.
