Our unit was clean, and our host was very quick to get back to us with any questions or comments. This was our second stay wirh Happy Palms, and we will definitely be staying with them again.

The one shower only had warm water while the other had good hot water. The second shower need a seal on the bottom of the door. The second bedroom needs a new mater on the big bed. Had water coming from the ref under the counter. Other than that, everything was GREAT.

Great Spot for a Family Beach Trip

We had such a great time at this condo! It was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our family. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to go back and forth with the kids. The view from the balcony was beautiful, and we loved having our morning coffee out there. The place felt like a home away from home. Definitely a spot we’d come back to for our next beach vacation!

Great vacation!

We stayed for a week in June with our family of four. Condo had everything we needed inside and for the beach! Everything was made easy for checking in and checking out. Great stay and property management easy to reach if needed. Hope to be back soon!

Fantastic Getaway

Everything about our stay was great. The property was right on the beach and close to the pier. It is within walking distance of the grocery store and several bars and restaurants. The property had a cooler we could use plus boogie boards and beach chairs. Our family loved our stay!

Loved this rental!

We have rented in Cocoa Beach previously, and this was a winner! Our family of 4 (2 teen boys) loved the pool, beach and pier access, and amazing property. The decor was so stylish, too. The showers were spa-like! There were tennis rackets, beach chairs, super comfortable beds and great furniture, all making a really fun vacation. We saved so much because of all of the amenities.

Cocoa Beach Getaway

We enjoyed an excellent stay in the condo. Pics were as advertised. Might suggest a small dresser in primary bedroom. Overall, great condo, great access to beach, beach chairs in condo were handy. Good times by all!

Cocoa stay

Extremely neat and clean. The furniture was better than most beach rentals…Very quiet and very well furnished for those who wished to cook. A very pleasant experience.

Ocean Front Property

Everything was excellent except for the beds. The master bedroom bed was too soft and the spare bedroom beds were very uncomfortable. The unit that we stayed in was nicely stocked with everything we needed. The grounds were maintained well. The pool area and golf putting area were a hit with the kiddos. Easy beach access. Loved the area!

Perfect Stay!

The Condo was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for our week long stay! Beds are very comfortable, soft linens and towels. The Towers are extremely clean, well maintained, close to everything, and great access to the pool, beach, pier, and shops! Zareh was amazing! Attentive, responded quickly to questions, and helped with dinner suggestions and how to best view the launches from Cape Canaveral. We will be back!

5 Days until n Cocoa Beach

My wife and I brought our 3 daughters (ages 10, 13, and 16) for a five day stay, and we had a great time! Decent restaurants near by (Fish Camp was our favorite), the Pier is a beautiful spot for a cocktail and appetizer, nice beach walk to Ron Jon’s, Publix across the street, and even found a nice ice cream spot near by. We saw a rocket launch from the beach, took night walks to find crabs, morning walks to find shells, and all 5 of us took surfing lessons at the Pier. Nice pool too!

Great location, furniture is updated, and beach chairs and umbrellas were provided. That's a nice touch. The main refrigerator was not very cold, but the refrigerated drawers were. We thought there was a washer and dryer in the unit. The description is a little misleading. Someone was parked in our space most of the time, but we parked in the non-numbered spaces. Overall it was a great place to stay, and we enjoyed our pre cruise visit.

Just as pictured!

The condo was clean and plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. Living room furniture not the most comfortable. And there is no freezer.

Spacious and beautiful

Excellent location—perfect view of the pool, beach and sunrise. Very close to the grocery store. Quiet neighborhood. Zareh was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful. Beds comfortable. The only thing I’d wished I’d paid more attention to in the listing is that it’s a small convection oven that looks like a microwave. A bit tricky to figure out but we made it work. Only mentioning in case it helps others in planning. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot!!

The outside of the building is VERY well taken care of. The inside of this place was incredible!!! The kitchen had everything you would need. The view from the balcony was great!! The amount of toys and things to do especially for the beach was the best. I hate going places and having to buy something just to sit on and this had all great quality chairs and toys. After this vacation I can finally see why people choose to go to the same location for vacations every time.Only con I can complain about is bedroom and bathroom privacy. The doors are ‘shutter style’ therefore allowing all sounds and smells to be spread through out the condo. We managed fine and it didn’t cause too much bother though.

Central Location, Clean, Great Experience with Property Management

The unit was just as described and very clean. The pool, ocean access (gated with code), and pier were close enough that we felt comfortable allowing our 14-year-old daughter and her two friends to go to those areas on their own. We didn’t do much of any cooking, to speak to kitchen supplies, but we certainly had what we needed throughout the condo. We really appreciated Zareh’s email updates on local rocket launches and his advice on Kennedy Space Center - that was above and beyond experiences we’ve had with property managers, before, and a very nice personal touch.

Overall we had a great stay at this beach condo. The positives: perfect location walking distance to lots of restaurants and Publix. The pool was fantastic, the proximity to the beach was great, and the property grounds were meticulously maintained, just gorgeous. The condo had a great view, a huge balcony, and plenty of pool and beach toys, just as advertised. The negatives: only a couple. Really strange kitchen layout. The only usable refrigerator and freezer is in the dining room, not the kitchen, and it’s tiny. In the listing it states there’s an ice maker, but there’s not one. My only other complaint is as big as the place is, especially the master, there are no dressers. We were there a week and had to live out of our suitcases other than what we could hang in the closet. Not a deal breaker, but there’s no reason for it. The rooms are huge!We will definitely be back to Cocoa Beach Towers!
