Thank you, Mark, for the 10/10 review. We are glad you had an outstanding stay. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the internet signal. The home has 300 Mbps service with a mesh network, and we will inspect the system to make sure coverage is performing properly throughout the property. We would be happy to host you again.

The house is exactly as advertised... plenty of space for everyone and a very responsive host. We rented it for the Balloon Fiesta, and we were able to see a handful of balloons from the back patio each morning... our favorite place to hang out. The location is excellent. A trail and bike paths along the Rio Grande are only a couple of blocks away. Old Town and major expressways are minutes away. The host also provides great tips for things to do in Albuquerque.

Beautiful Home

My family and I stayed here for a baseball tournament in the area and the house was BEYOND clean, warm and inviting, and decorated beautifully! The host was in touch throughout the weekend to ensure we had everything we needed and available if we had questions! The home was comfortable and spacious and we will definitely return at some point!
