Tranquil Gumnut Cottage, close to Airport.

Only 10 mins from the airport and 25mins by train to the city. This private and peaceful, oasis backs onto the Maida Vale Recreation Reserve where you have a kids playground, can play tennis, archery and football. The cottage is nestled amongst the trees away from the road and has its own private access and lockup carport. Relax in the private patio and unwind in the refreshing garden.
The house in front of the cottage is our residence, you have access to our Bali style solar heated pool, patio with sun loungers and established trees surrounding the private area.

A Wonderful Cottage in a quiet neighborhood

Gumnut cottage is a great self contained unit with everything you need. Ideal for an extended stay, the hosts were really welcoming, its secluded and comfortable, had a lovely pool we could use whenever we wanted and the kids loved Rusty!

Tranquil oasis

My husband and I loved our stay at Gumnut cottage. It was the perfect place for us to relax in between visiting family and friends. Gumnut cottage is neat and clean, while also been homely and inviting.

Perfect cottage for our family

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The cottage is very clean and nicely decorated with lush linens and towels. It had everything we needed for our family of four. The kids loved the bunks, comfy couch, courtyard and TV.

Our second three week stay here and we found it, again, to be ideal for our Perth stay catching up with family. A very comfortable villa well set up for independent living. Close to all we needed. We have booked it again for later in 2025.

Great stay

We had a very lovely stay even it was only one night. It was first time I requested a cot and came as fully fitted - I mean it is complete with a fitted sheet, blanket, and a pillow! Very thoughtful host. All the details make me feel like home - comfort and chill! Btw, love the coffee!! Would definitely recommend if any friends going to Perth. And I will also visit again!!
