Welcome to Silver Rock Condos. Just a five-minute drive from both Fernie Alpine Resort and downtown Fernie, this property offers easy access to the slopes, restaurants, and shops. The hot tub, steam room and swimming pool are currently under construction until March 2026. The nightly rate has been adjusted accordingly to reflect the limited availability of these amenities.

Accommodations were excellent and close to downtown. Everything needed was provided. Unit was very clean although there were a couple of light bulbs burnt out it was an easy fix.Would definitely return to stay again.

Fabulous VRBO close to the ski hill

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay ! The kids loved the pool and the hot tub , the condo accommodated for our big family to cook , eat and play games comfortably and was super close to the ski hill! Definitely would stay here again!!!

Great apartment complex to stay in Fernie!

The property has tons of room, is super clean and fernie central was very easy to communicate with. Great place to have a large group if you’re staying in Fernie.

Great family condo!

This is a great condo for families. Lots of sleeping space for our group of 7. Also, lots of seating for meals and to hang out in the living room. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Kitchen amenities were perfect.

Awesome place!

Very accommodating for our family. It was equipped with everything you would need! Right beside a Dairy Queen 🍦 Only down side is it is not walking distance to the core of downtown Would recommend and stay here again.

Everything was great except for the fact that we only had 2 keys for 5 people, and we needed a separate fob for the pool/hot tub - the keys should also grant access to the pool area!

Property was exactly as pictured, clean, very well stocked kitchen, everything worked well except internet is so-so. Parking is tight, not recommended for larger vehicle /units.

great location, quite and lots of room

just pleased as punch to have been able to stay in unit 411. room enough for all four fisherman to lounge around and shoot the breeze. great pool and a bonus steam-room in the complex as well as a hottub and workout room. a quick call Monday AM resolved the minor potential TP shortage and two extra key-cards and keys. Call back made it absolutely great service. Heated underground parking is a big plus especially during the ski season. clean and quite. will stay here again on the next trip to Fernie.

Friends 'weekend'

Our small group of 'amigos' (4 girlfriends) have got together for a 'girls weekend' for many years. The seclusion, quietness & many amenities of the condo (& building!) had allowed us to reconnect & accommodate our individual needs/wants without us having to 'always be on the go'. We enjoyed the large, well equipped kitchen, with the ability to make some great meals together, as well as the spaciousness of the dining & living room for socializing and we each had our own bedroom, without having to utilize the sofa bed! The proximity to the downtown also made this a wonderful & easy place to access and for us to spend time together...... Thank you for helping us make another memorable occasion!

Summer wedding in Fernie

Our extended family of 10 stayed here for the five days of a family wedding. We enjoyed the comfortable spaces, the hot tub in the evenings, and the quick response of housekeeping when we couldn't find the sheets for the pull-out bed! The only unfortunate part of the lodging was the constant noise of the construction across the street. It made sitting on the deck almost impossible. The air conditioning unit was also very loud so we missed the chance for quiet conversation inside or out. We'll have to come back when the sewer line is complete and the temperature is cooler!
