Beautiful Home with Private Pool in North Beach Resort & Villas-Only 150 Yards to Pools/Beach!

Issues such as additional shower or faucet cleaning, low water pressure, or a pool maintenance concern are exactly the types of things we want to know about while a guest is in the home so we can investigate and address them promptly. Our team is available throughout every stay for this reason. Mattress comfort can certainly vary from person to person, but we will make note of your feedback. Just to clarify for future guests: we note in the check-in instructions (sent a week prior to arrival) that we do not supply items such as extra blankets, paper goods beyond the starter set, or pantry items like salt and pepper. We’re sorry you didn’t enjoy your trip, but we have to say we’re very confused by this review. We want all of our guests to be happy with their stay, and we are the first to apologize when mistakes are made. However this is a two way street and requires guests to be communicative with us while here. I pulled all of our text records and I see that you reported a potential issue with the dishwasher and a fan, but nothing about the air conditioning system or the wifi. Our team let you know that someone would be by between a specific time to check on the dishwasher and the fan, and that was done. No issues were found with the dishwasher, and we had to call in an electrician to replace the fan. Unfortunately, we’re at the mercy of their schedule and they weren’t able to fix it during your 4 night stay. I’m also sorry that you were unable to locate the wifi information, but I do wish you would have said something to our maintenance team as you were already corresponding with them. We have no way of knowing if a guest needs help if they don’t let us know. Regarding the air, multiple guests have stayed in the house before and since you’ve stayed, and no one else has had an issue (as evidenced by the 5 star review left right after this trip). I also pulled the records to see how our maintenance team replied to you, as it is definitely unacceptable to be unprofessional. We have to say in this case that we don’t feel the response was rude by any means, but we understand that tone can sometimes be misinterpreted via text. You sent a text that said “Please send someone to clean and turn on the pool at NBR Salt Creek 4954.” They simply responded with “The pool is on and it is cleaned twice a week.” They also relayed that if there was some debris in the pool, that we provide a skimmer if you needed to remove anything between cleanings. As one can reasonably imagine, it’s impossible to have a pool cleaned before each check in. However, we’ve found a cleaning twice a week in the peak season, and providing a skimmer, works great for guests. Having said all of that, we believe that everyone should absolutely love their stay, and that's the standard we've set for our property. Unfortunately, sometimes things just aren't a great fit.

As we did when you were here, we again apologize for any issues you encountered. We have had a very serious conversation with the external cleaning company who is responsible for this home as this is not how we run our business. Regarding the welcome, the home actually does have an extremely detailed and easy to use welcome book. As noted in the check in instructions and as our office reiterated, it can be accessed via the QR code on the fridge. Thanks for staying with us, and we again apologize.

We again apologize for missing the icemaker request. That was an error and it rarely happens. However, the 3 other VERY minor issues were reported and fixed immediately. The house is in great condition, and we can't wait to welcome the next guests!
